I have used the web site to reserve products a few times and never had any trouble in doing that.I have returned a few items as they were damaged or not fit for purpose and never had any problems in doing so. Even if the staff seem a bit distant when they are serving you (might be to do with the argos gene).
No real complaints to report but beware some items are marked up quick a bit. My order was delivered in reasonable time with good packing, but each item was sent individually rather than in one box/packet, surely this will cost them more (hence marked up prices?).
I order a few cd's at the beginning of December as Christmas presents, they hadn't arrived after a couple of weeks so I emailed there customer support.I heard nothing back but a few days later I had my cd's on my doorstep with the word priority written all over them, make of that as you will.Don't think i would be using this site again even if they are a few pounds cheaper.
