Having recently had a disgracefull experience with another memory mattress firm... it was fantastic to deal with such a professional company. The lady on the end of the phone was always extremely jovial, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Phone calls were even returned when promised, andadvise was spot on and happily given. When a problem was encountered, I was kept informed, and even upgraded at no extra cost, Which was brill. Also, the willingness to find a delivery time which was convenient to me was a great help and a breath of fresh air!!! Thanks for making buying a mattress such a simple stress free experience.
