Too much of a coincidence

The first time I ordered with Just-Eat the order went ok and order was delivered. However the 2nd time I ordered the page just sat for ages saying processing. Then I had nothing, no e-mail confirmation or reference to the order in my account.
I tried the chat feature and found that wasn't even working, mailed the company and 1 week later I'm still waiting for a reply.
Yes my order did actually arrive, however it's too much of a coindence for me that I've now had to block my credit card due to fraudulant transactions and thinking back the 'payment' screen did seem different to the one I had used a few weeks before. They also show they take American Express, yet I have never seen that at a payment option.
I really doubt this service and it's 'security'

Super service, would use again

Ordered a camera Thursday evening, paid a little extra for RM Recorded delivery instead of the standard CityLink service as I thought it would mean I would'nt have to wait in all day on the Monday.
Recieved a phone call on the Friday to confirm the order (although I missed the call) they advised everything was fine and order was being dispatched and I could call if I wanted to add any extras I may have forgot.
Was very surprised and pleased when the postman rang Saturday morning with my nice new Camera, giving me the entire weekend to play with it.
As soon as they get stock of the spare camera batteries I'll be purchasing from them again and will recommend to all my friends.

Simply one of the best online retailers I have used recently!

Good communication

I ordered a camcorder from Cameratek.co.uk and overall pleased. However I'm not sure why a order placed on a Monday evening wasn't delivered untl the following Monday, dispite many e-mails assuring me the camera was being dispatched that evening.
However whenever I e-mailed to chase, I always got a reply to explain.
I would use them again, but maybe consider the order may take longer than expected.
