I wasnt satisfied with my hair cut, so I went back two days after. They adjusted it for free ... now that's great customer service!
I ordered something 13 days ago, and still havent received the package. I am confident that I will receive it though, but I wouldnt have paid 6 GBP for delivery (for 4 pens I really need), if it is that slow. When I called them last week to enquire about my package, no one seemed to know what's going on ... poor customer service.
I don't think that their website ever fully worked. Each time I try to look up a package, or a price, something goes wrong. Furthermore, I dont think that their website gives any information: it is messy, full of fluff, and very complicated to nagivate.
