just really bad service. and bad quality prints.
i have had problems with some other photo printing sites, and have asked pixum for some sample prints (which many other companies were reluctant to do). pixum even gave me free shipping on those samples.i had requested samples of the same file to pixum and some other competitor company P. the quality surpasses comparison to the competitor and i have decided to go with pixum for all my other prints. thank you so much for your kind support and i look forward to receiving my next batch!very fast service response too. i'm now trying to get my money back for the initial prints with competitor P....it's such an ordeal
