Although a little pricey, the workmanship from both the plumber and the carpenter was to a high standard. My only real complaint would be that on one of the two occasions that the carpenter visited, he was supposed to be there by 09:30, but in fact did not turn up until after 12:30. However, the carpenter was very good in as much that he made a very good choice of door for me that suited my purposes.

I was told that these are the latest and the best units to use
I then asked for a second toilet to be changed to the new fluidmast valve as per your recommendation
both units broke down with 8 months and 7.5 months, however your company insisted that the units are my problem and it is up to me to take the problem to the manufacturers -
after several phone calls Adam Rotherham agreed that I will give you my credit card details but it will not be used until Adam spoke to the manufacturers and got back to me -
last week I received an invoice and found out that my card has been debited without my agreement - and had a person called Adele Hartland arguing the case and in all honesty she is rude ignorant and must go back to school as she need to learn to read the emails before she responses to them -
my question is this
when the unit is supplied by yourselves ,
- how do I know who is the manufacturer
- how do I know who was your supplier
- how do I get a copy of the invoice you paid for the unit to prove purchase
- how do I know the unit details when the unit was taken away by the plumber
- why is the unit not covered for a year like any other units or any other item you buy anywhere else
- why was your terms and conditions thrown in my face after you received my complaint and not when I made a call and you sending your plumber
I have a quote from you to change a boiler and update the pipes to the new regulations,
needless to say that I now feel I cannot trust you to give me units that you can guarantee and for such a big job I feel I have to go to a trusted company such as British Gas -

Being new to London, was quite impressed with politeness and efficiency of engineer. Carried out gas boiler service for £85 + VAT and also checked an old gas fire to see if it could be used - had to have supply capped off. About a 7 minute job but had to pay for a full half hour. Would be much better if they charger per 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes.
I am happy to recommend Aspect. I have used them for repairs and maintenance for plumbing, central heating and hot water. They are swift and helpful from the first telephone contact to the finished job, and their charges are reasonable - with no call out fee.
Whenever I am having problem my apartment blocks, they always help, are always on time and are cheapest and best. Call them. I have tried all other companies, but must use for this one famous distinguish service.
My call was taken,on a Sunday which was really useful, my issue summarised, an appointment set up for the next day and a confirmation email sent. The chap turned up on time, was very pleasant, explained what the problem was and fixed it within the hour. Would recommend this service based on my experience.
Good marks all round and I was appreciative of being kept up to date by email throughout the process.
Couldn't recommend these guys more highly. The call centre girl was really lovely and helpful and asked the engineer to pick up a carbon monoxide alarm for us specially to fit as part of the call out because I mentioned I was worried about it. I called British Gas as well and whilst they were £10 cheaper than Aspect they would have taken a week to come out and wouldn't fix times. Aspect had an engineer out that day at exactly the time they said he'd be there. He was really friendly and efficient and left us totally happy that we weren't going to die in the night from carbon monoxide poisoning and that our boiler would last another wee while - all good! We also used them to fix our toilet last year and while the guy was here he fixed our toilet lid which had been doing my head in as well as the flushing issue. Couldn't recommend them more highly for a value for money, efficient and friendly service.
I have used Aspects a number of times and have always found them to be professional and to deliver a friendly and on time service. I am particularly impressed that wherever possible the job is finish in a single visit.
We had a worrying problem with our boiler in the run up to christmas, and the installer as well as the builder would not be pinned down. Nick did a great job in getting his guys on the case, thinking through what the problem might be - it turns out we had a valve that was letting by - and coming up with an effective solution. It seems the founders really care, about the work as well as us. Well done to aspect.co.uk for breaking the london plumber taboo. They stand out by comparison to the other promient plumbers from Pimlico! We have since asked Aspect to do work other than plumbing I should add, and they have delivered everytime. I have recommended them to friends, colleagues and customers, and they haven't let me down yet. If only they fixed computers!
I had my entire house rewired by Aspect, a job i expected to take weeks. Fortunately it was finsihed in a matter of days, i found this company to be very professional. I will use them again.
Aspect fitted a kitchen for me a few years ago and have done quite a few jobs since. They always explain clearly what they are doing and couldn't be more helpful. From start to finish they are friendly, capable and highly professional. Although they are slightly more expensive, they are well worth it - with workmen, you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend them.
This is a company who is nothing but professional. I had a serious plumbing issue that had gone undiagnosed by other companies but Aspect corrected immediately. Someone was able to come out within a few hours and stayed here until the job was done (midnight!). They worked solidly and knew exactly what they were doing. The guy was so professional, polite and made sure he talked me through everything he was doing. The visit was followed up with a detailed report for our contractor which i felt went above and beyond what was asked for. I would 100% recommend Aspect to anyone. Maybe a little more expensive than a local individual, but Aspect can provide an all round service that can be trusted and the job done perfectly.
I used Aspect to help with an emergency - one of my plug points burst into flames. They came around very quickly and sorted the problem out with minimum fuss. The final bill was lower than I feared, which helped ease the situation too.
I'd strongly recommend them to anyone.
Aspect helped us out with some repairs around the house. Had some damp issues that needed fixing, then painting. Good service, and they were able to turn the job around promptly and to a good standard.
We had a problem with our boiler over Christmas. When I rang Aspect I spoke to a knowledgable person straight away. Aspect were able to send an engineer the following morning and he showed up on time, not leaving me hanging around the house waiting for hours. The engineer was polite, took the time to answer my questions and left the work area perfectly tidy. The job required parts to be ordered and another visit from the engineer, and we were not let down once- a truly professional service!
We had our whole house refurbished by Aspect about a year ago - they were here for about 9 months and have done a fantastic job from putting in stud walls, plumbing new bathrooms, tiling, laying underfloor heating, building cupboards, putting new wiring in, sanding and staining floors - the list goes on! We were offered brilliant design and product advice from the start. I cannot fault the team - they were punctual throughout the 9 months and cleared up every day which with a family of 3 young children was really important to me. They were very pleasant to have around. A year on and the finish on the job is still fantastic.
Can't fault these guys. They provide an excellent level of service, their communication is professional and whulst they may not be the cheapest, they are great value for money. Heartily recommended.
The engineer arrived promptly, was polite and knowledgeable in his trade. What a pleasant surprise after using so many other rip off cowboy companies in London!
As a woman it can sometimes be worrying letting strangers into your home but I felt very re-assured by the pleasant girl in the office who took my booking and the professional approach of Aspect from start to finish. I will definately use them for all our home maintenance in the future and be recommending them to all my friends.
I called Aspect Maintenance for a plumbing problem that I had. I haven't used them before, and I am always wary of using plumbers in London.
I was nicely surprised, they turned up on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently and without mess and had it all sorted within an hour. No hidden costs or nasty extras.

I was getting used to being let down workmen but when my builder failed to turn up for a job at my flat I called Aspect. They were able to send someone round to re-tile my bathroom the next day! I was very impressed. They were slightly more but if you need the job done they are worth it. Since then they have fixed a leak, fitted a new kitchen and a new boiler. I have had no problems with the work and find it very useful to be able to call just one number for everything.
I used Aspect for this first time this December past. The boiler stopped working on Boxing Day when we had a house full of family and friends. I called a few companies, but Aspect was able to attend within 2 hours of my call, and considering it was a bank holiday and they were promising to get to me so quickly, I did not think the rate they charged was that bad.
The bloke turned up within about an hour of my initial call and managed to get the boiler running within about half an hour. I then got an estimate the following day for replacing the faulty part. I found the whole process from booking to receiving my invoice by email an absolute pleasure.
I will definitely use again and recommend.
