Item not as on-line catalogue
Different item received and not as web site. CPC said illustrations are only indicative but manufacturers part number was also different.

Navigate the CPC website. It is very likely you will find what you are looking for or a close equivalent. Genuine components with manufactures' markings.
Pricing and ordering is clearly set out. Tick the 'in stock ' box before selecting and ordering if you dont want to wait for a later delivery.
From personal experience, you can expect a prompt dispatch of your order.

1st class products & free delivery!

INTERNET SHOPPING IS NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED
I have used CPC with great satisfaction for around 18months. Graet range, good value and EXCELLENT service, but this has always been by phone ordering up until now. Using the internet was really difficult, my account was always recognised by the helpful & friendly CPS sales team but not so on-line. It took around 30minutes to place a relatively simple (6 item) order with numerous hoops to jump through. In future, I will stick to the good old phone !!!

Quick delivery of good value products!
I've placed cpc orders by phone and on-line and while the delivery delay was maybe two or three working days a few years ago, it is now very prompt.
The range of products available is good and prices are generally competitive, although this does vary a little.

who else do we need
I use cpc frequently and always get really good service even if I need to call them over a broken item purchased. They always send out of stock items as soon as they are available to the customer.

Service was good but I didn't like the handling charge.
It isn't clear that handling charges will be added to your free delivery nor do I know where to find the sliding scale of charges.!!!

Excellent company, superb value.

The correct product delivered in good time.

Ordering process very good delivery not so.
Lost a weekends work as ordered goods on a Friday, for next day delivery. It was a bank holiday weekend so did not get goods until Tuesday. If I had known that they were not delivering on a Saturday I would have purchased from the local trade counter.
