Efficient Service Excellent Product
Ordered my holiday photobook on Tuesday evening without any hitches, as usual, received email with order confirmation. 48hours later email saying photobook has been dispatched. I used to work for Jessops and have used this service from the beginning - the coffee table is straining under the weight of all the books I have ordered, as a member of staff and now as a normal punter. Cewe is a great company that produce great photobooks and I am currently working on the next holiday one as I write this. Software is the best around to produce easy final result without having the messing about of uploading images. Thanks Cewe Jessops Photo.

Great way to use and display your pictures. Great product
I created about 15 photo books now and everyone loves them. They make a great gift for anyone. I have found the best quality in the hard back covers. Makes a proper book and adding extra pages makes it even better. Not cheap but wait for special offers.

Good quality but very thin
I ordered small photo book and I thought that the pages will be like normal printed photo has but in real it's much more thin. Something between cheap magazine and books' soft cover. Though the quality of pics is very good and the time they print and send it is good as well.

Fantastic - A Year of our family in one beautiful book!
I had heard about these but was not sure but joining Jessops I got a voucher for money off so i gave it a go. I downloaded photos from cameras, phones etc and so was pleasantly surprised when the software ordered them all for me and put them in the book and I only had to tweak a few and add some captions and now I have a beautiful book for my family and it's only a 1cm wide. The plan is to do one every year now so we have something to look at instead of all the photos being on the computer!

Absolutely fantastic - such a professional record
The service is so easy to use and very quick. The photobook was delivered before they said it would and packaged well.
The quality of the book is second to none - really impressed with it, even photos that have been scanned in come up like new photos.
Would highly recommend this to every friend possible to do.

My families pictures at their best
I have made several books and always go back to Jessops as the books are easier to make how you like them, Iand they always have some kind of offer on which helps to cost. i find it helpfull that I can go back to the project I am working on with no time limit

Bitterly Disappointing!
I ordered the photo snow – globes as a “fun” prizes for a friend’s wedding quiz. The photos did not arrive with the globes and no instructions.
I had to call Jessop’s 6 times in one day to attempt to get this resolved, with terrible Customer Service, who repeatedly promised things they could not deliver, which results in further disappointment and upset.
If it had not been for a very important wedding, I would not have been so upset, but I ordered with excellent time and expected a far better service. The customer team were utterly unhelpful and despite promising to call back, didn’t.
In the past I have spent thousands at Jessop’s for a number of SLR camera’s and always rated the service, hence why I chose them for such a personal and important job, you have let me down, my friends and wedding party down and I will seriously question using again.

brilliant book of photos made easy by super simple soft ware
The software package to make a hard back book of photos was really easy, but allowed you to change things around and fiddle. Good service and pretty reasonably priced. Well recommended and would buy this product again. My partner was really chuffed with his book!

Make my pictures look good!
I've used Jessops several times to make photo books. Their online layout is easy to use and download and the books arrive quickly. Digital photography is, I think, better than film but people don't seem to print them off as much as we used to with film, I like to have a record I can see easily again and again, so books are a great idea. It can be expensive, but I usually wait until there is an offer.

Variable quality
I use Jessops frequently - and my last order
811165-813842
which had a value of over £ 175 - was received in timely fashion - but the quality was extremely variable - most items were of satisfactory quality - but one was very disappointing (and not a cause of my image file).
I would be happy to pay a bit more - in exchange for certainty of receiving consistent levels of print product quality.

Lovely photo album but needed a lot of work on my part
I started making a photo album with Jessops software before most of the shops closed and had already done a considerable amount of work, so decided to take a risk and see it through to the end. This was my first attempt at creating an album and it took more time than I thought it would, but it was good to be able to insert titles and organise the photos to a certain extent. It may be my lack of familiarity with the software, but I could not find out how to insert a completely new picture once the initial pictures had been downloaded to the software. Nor could I work out how to completely alter their position i.e. change pages. A helpline would have been useful! Maybe these things cannot be done, I don't know. Anyway the end result arrived quickly after ordering and I was pleased with the result - a bit of a family heirloom for future generations. Having an album seems more enduring that having pictures on a computer or cloud somewhere! It was quite expensive, I thought, so would only do this for really special occasions but the end result, for me, was worth every penny.

Have had better albums previously
We have had some 8 albums from Jessops but the latest one was disappointing as it did not have the clarity or brightness of previous ones. Yes we did have a few dull days but having spent time improving them with some Adobe Photoshop 10 the improvement did not show through.
I also find it disappointing that very useful facilities in version 04.05.04 have been removed from the latest version 04.08.07. I get over this by compiling in the old version and finishing the preparation in the latest version from which one has to order! A little convoluted but it has been worthwhile for the last few albums.

Large photo book the perfect way to keep memories for ever
Use the photo book software to keep pictures as memory books that will keep,in the family down the generations. Many different back grounds and layouts. A professional product. Just need a version for my iPad now.

The Most Perfect 100th Birthday Gift
It took me several months to prepare.Searching and sifting through numerous
boxes and photograph albums , but eventually I compiled a one hundred year history of my mothers life. The collection even contained images never seen by the family, some photos dating back to 1880.
I have to say that nothing could have prepared me for the quality of the album I received from Jessops. Perfect in all respects. I can only imagine that there will be numerous orders from family members for copies of this gift. Thank you Jessops, this was so important to me and you came up trumps .

Yet again, amazing service and quality from Jessops
I've just ordered and very quickly received my sixth photo book from Jessops. This latest book did though have to be perfect as it was a 50th Wedding Anniversary gift for my parents, containing 1000 memories of their 50 years together. The end result had me in tears and I created it!! I cannot wait to give it to my parents and see their reaction
I have already recommended Jessops on numerous occasions for its printing, pictures and photobook service. But I was nervous that, after its recent difficulties, the standard of service may have diminished. I shouldn't have worried, it continues to be exemplary.

Delivery is quick and prompt - telephone call is not and they normally cannot assist
I put 2 orders on-line on the same day within 10 mins of each other. some pictures order only 3 and then a picture album, as I placed them seperatly and was unalbe to mix the order they charged me double delivery. I rang the number and was advised to e-mail which i did and it took them 5 days to response and that was after I received both orders to tell me they could not take off one delivery charge. I know it is not much but it was the principle and does not makes sense, same please same time same delivery same customer so why?? will not be using or recommending them again to anyone.

Always ready for the next book to make
I am very pleased with the results of the books I have made so far. I never thought at my time of life I would be able to understand all that I have done. The thing that
bothered me most when I first started was the ordering,
I have done some books where the old black and white photos were from the 1920s and I never expected the pages to look so good. I especially like working with the different backgrounds and I love the clip arts.

Superb service, excellent quality, and a really creative versatile programme to use.
I was so pleased when Jessops Photobook service reappeared after the main Jessops business closed down. I used it before and was very pleased with the results. Although a little more expensive than some others on the market I've found the extra money well worthwhile, Especially with the very versatile and crestive programme which is quite simple to use, and for the quality of the finished product. Makes my amature photos look like real professionals!

Bad delivery - damaged packaging
The XL poster prints I ordered were good quality and great value for money, but the packaging was damaged on arrival. The tubes had been bashed inwards, leaving creases. I have tried to contact Jessops photo but the email on the website doesn't work and I can't seem to get through on the phone as I would like to have a replacement print.

Fantastic, a user friendly system and quick delivery.
When Jessops went into administration I was so disappointed that the photo books id been working on would never get to be printed. When I heard that they were back in business and then I checked that the website was up and running I was so pleased.
The software for photobook creation is far better than competitors and offers greater flexibility. Processing was also quick. I will definatly use again and would recommend to family and friends.

Exceptional quality prints received within a week of order.
I'm a keen photographer and decided to have a couple of my shots blown up into large prints / posters. I had not tried this before but I was really impressed with the quality which I received within 5 days of order. The online system was user friendly and was simple to understand. I used a promotional code which was helpful and overall not as costly as I initially thought. I will be using the service again.

product was what i created
have got used to the software and find it easy to use to create a photobbook. however do find the costs quite expensive and only therefore wait until there is a discount before i order (which is a shame) . I also find the delivery seems to take quite a while ie was told it was being delivered 15th May and received it on 20th. that might be british royal mail :).

Easy to build album where the printed version matched the preview
Software download was straight forward. We created an album for my parents golden wedding. Upload was straight forward and the finished product matched the preview so yes we were very happy.

Easy to use with some good twists!
This is a programme that gives you all you think you need, but when you find you need to do a bit more, it lets you. The selection of books, sizes & finishes is good & I have not been able to run out of pages on any selection yet. The ready designed layouts are very useful & fully adjustable. One or two things could be a bit easier, like the borders, they need to be a bit more user definable as the options are a bit limited. Apart from that, a good all round bit of software.
