I should give red star for this order, customer service was really good and helpful so 5 star for this. But delivery service with RUDE driver is totally unacceptable. Driver was ring me 14:30 that he will be in my home address in the next 45 min (15:15). I was especially come from my work to meet him at my home. I was late 2 min (15:17). Then I have ring to the customer service people to ask where the driver is and they was told me that he will be at my home address in the next 20 min. after 30 min I have ring again as I need to go back to work so I need to chase up this delivery and they have told me that driver was doing another order and there was nobody at the home so he need to wait 20 min till will move to the next one. I have left my home 16:00 and the driver still was not here so I have told my wife to pick this delivery when come. Finally driver was arrive to the home address with really BAD attitude to my wife. He say that he was here before and nobody was at home at this time and she was asking him did he wait 20 min? and then he become more RUDE. My wife was ask him for help to bring this TV to home as she is really small girl and TV was 47 inch. He was start moaning something but end of he was drop this in. the unacceptable driver behavior starts when he was left the home and sit in his car. My wife was ask him about the plt and the shrink wrap what he was left on the middle of the street can he will take this with him? Driver was completely ignore here and gone. Then some neighbors was come out to help here to clean the mess that driver was left on the street. So I think delivery company is not the best one You have choice for this work or maybe there is wrong person on the wrong place.
At first I was a bit wary about buying something that was stated grade A. but when the TV arrived first of all the parcel was on a pallet which impressed me and when I took the TV out of the box I got the wow factor and for the price I paid was money well spent.
Television I ordered arrived quicker than expected and was in the original box, although the box did appear to have been opened before this was not a concern as it is clearly listed on the website as a Grade A product -everything was inside, no parts missing and the television was in perfect condition.Having saved almost £200 pounds compared to the next cheapest price I could find on the internet I would highly recommend 123 AV.
The original item ordered (from the website) was no longer in stock - perhaps it should have been taken off the website once no longer available - however the customer services people at 123av quickly moved to alert me and offer an alternative - this was acceptable and all went speedily through - well done
The Toshiba 19 Inch TV and DVD player on delivery, would not occasionally switch on or off, or change channels using the remote control. I emailed my complaint to 123AV on the morning and three hours later was contacted by phone.The company thought it was probably a faulty remote control and would send another. This arrived the following day and proved the diagnosis was correct. It has been a few years since I have received such excellent service.
Recently ordered at 32" TV as a present for eldest son. Was advised TV was not in stock and would be delayed for approximately 7 days. Asked if I would like to cancel the order. - Am impressed at being given the option to cancel but decided to continue as had plenty of time before the birthday (for once!). TV arrived 3 days later great!
Opened TV looks great - all tuned in - picture fab - child pleased....but then we lost the picture. it came back but there was clearly an intermittent fault on the TV which became worse over the next 2 days.
Oh great.. never used this company before..here we go with a battle on my hands i imagine. I emailed 123AV describing the problem and asking for their returns procedure. " Box it up and let us know when its ready and we will collect" came back the prompt reply. I did and they collected the next day. 48 hours later I received an email telling me the funds have been refunded to my account and lots of apologies for our disappointment. No arguing, no hassle , no stress.
Can't fault the company. Faulty goods are outside their control, but the customer service given exceeded my expectations by far. Will definitely using them again.
I would just like to say that this company 123 AV have very good customer service. I bought a tv and it was faulty i contact them and they said we give you a new one or a refund. Anyway there give me a refund and it only took a few days. Plus it was easy to send the TV back. Simples.
From the 123 av side everything was great. However for £35 delivery my tv arrived with multiple damage to the tv box which had luckily missed the tv its self. Also it took 7 days for delivery I would expect 3 days.
Great company that should use another carrier service.
Great price - product arrived as described, however, the only criticism I would habe would be the 'Panasonic Grade A' as part of the spec doesn't make you think of ex display/damaged box/returned items etc. I opened the box and it was clear this wasn't a 'brand new' item - everything was there, however, with the addition of a few minor blemishes/scratches.
Although you can click on the link (I this once the product had arrived), the 'Grade A' is a little hidden.
Thats aside, now I am fully aware of the nature of the products sold, I would still buy again.
I ordered a small Toshiba TV for my kitchen on Monday afternoon. I was amazed when it turned up the very next morning! I had my TV set up within half an hour from receiving it and am very pleased. Thank you 123 AV for great service.
I've never used this company before and I needed to buy a dvd and video conbi for.my mother, I found123av very easily via searching for the best price on the internet, the order process was simple and then my item arrived within a matter of days, delivery was very quick the website was easy to use, would recommend using for great deals, I am unable to give feedback on customer service as I haven't had any dealings with them after all my item arrived un damaged.
Our DVR20KB recorder was in perfect condition, still had the plastic protection on the front. Set it up and got it all tuned in. Have not tried to record anything as yet, as not had the time. The main purpose of buying the recorder is to copy the tapes from our camcorder to disc, don't know how to do this as yet but will try soon. if anyone knows how to connect the camera to the recorder I would be very grateful.
I ordered a TV and it arrived within a few days. The packaging was not for this set, but the set was in good condition and works very well. A considerable saving over getting the same TV from elsewhere. I would use them again.
Having searched many retail outlets for combo tv , we found a 19 inch combo at 123 av ,very competively priced and what we wanted. The delivery was within 2 days every thing was good ,i would use them again if they had a product that i needed.i would recomend them highly.
I bought my TV online in the evening. Got an email the next morning to say it wasn't in stock but offered an upgrade for no extra charge. Took that and it was delivered the next morning! Not in original packaging but that had been stated on the site. No blemishes at all. Got an excellent TV for £200 inc delivery.
Can't fault 123AV in any way and I would recommend to others based om my experience!
We needed to supply a large TV with Full HD for Video Conferencing suite; we need to come in under budget. 123AV provide us with the perfect solution. We were happy and the client more so, everyone happy what more do you want.
Just had to make a call regarding delivery because of the size, so there was a delay in getting it to us in time.
Received no email or communication advising delivery date. Contacted them by phone to find out and was told it would be coming the next day, which I'm glad I did, because I was to be out that day, so asked them to put it back to the day after that.
Called them again on the morning of delivery to check again, because still no email to confirm. Was told that it would arrive but couldn't get any time of day, so had to stay in all day and it eventually arrived at 4.30pm.
TV box was in very bad condition and polystyrene carton inside was broken and some accessories were missing. Phones 123AV and was told that it was a Grade A product - which I had assumed meant top class - I didn't know there was a link to explain on the website that it was a previously opened or damaged package or returned item. So a bit of a shock really, but this explained the low price. I thought that I'd found a bargain.
TV works fine, had to go out and buy batteries, because they were missing and can buy the other accessories on line. So pleased with outcome, but would probably buy new from elsewhere in future.
Had a call from 123AV, who apologised for me not having 100% satisfaction and listened very carefully to my problems.
I should have given my mobile number instead of a land line and City Link would have texted me the delivery day. However they are going to review the system, so they are very proactive in ensuring satisfaction for their customers.
They are going to look at making it more obvious that the TV's are Grade A on the website.
As long as you realise that the electronic goods for sale are Grade A, this is a very good place to buy.
After trying various other outlets including a well known one , Trying to get what i want i found this website.
Price was good for what i was after and they ( after a phone call to confirm ) deliver to where i live . May sound a strange claim but believe it or not it's easier to get stuff from the USA & China delivered to the IOW than some of our own companies.

Any way for a very reasonable £10 delivery charge all went smoothly, Ordered Thursday and received my Sony music system the following Tuesday. No problems encountered.
There is always slight trepidation when you order something online that you are not sure about, when the price seems to be too good to be true... However, I need not have worried!! I saved £180 on a 42" LG Cinema TV, with only the game play and clip on glasses missing from the packaging. I call that a bargain... I don't need the clip ons and it is easy to make the game play specs by cannibalising a couple of pairs of cheap 3D glasses.
Delivery took a couple of days, so that was good too.
All in all, a very good buy! Highly recommended.
brilliant service and price, i was very suprised my new lg tv was delivered not just stacked in a van! but standing upright box shrink wrapped on a pallet , the driver was very nice from pall-ex removed the shrink wrap and helped me in the house with the big box and removed pallet ,asi had the option of keeping it! TV packed well undamaged. First time dealing with 123 av recomended highly! WELL DONE!
