I agree with some of the other reviews saying the prices are good but the service is poor. Although getting in contact with them was no problem for me the service and outcome are disturbing.
The first time I placed an order I waited a week to get a ups code or something. But I did not hear anything from them so I contacted them myself to ask about the status of the order. I was told that there was a concurrent order and therefore had to wait a bit longer. They could have told me that the first week I suppose. Because I needed the shoes I canceled the order and got my money back.
This was no problem and handled quickly.
The second time I ordered 2 products during their discount period (21run-21). Very good price and I had the time to wait, so I was prepared. A few days later 21run.com mailed me to tell me the shoe was unavailable in my size. The offered me a refund or an other product. I was disappointed but told them that I would like to wait until the shoe was in stock again. Meanwhile I contacted the manufacture to ask if the shoe would still be available the upcoming months. Since the shoe was quite new the didn't expect an update till mid or late 2014. 21run.com however told me the manufacture was wrong, waiting was useless. The discussion was going nowhere. Therefore I agreed on the refund knowing that I will never order anything at 21run.com again.
I orded the shoes for 20 euros more at an other store (trailrunshop.nl) and got very good service (by phone).
Now, a week later l checked 21run.com to see if the shoe is still listed as available.... No surprise. They did not adjust the website, the shoe is still available in my size. Thats how serious they take their customers.
First of all, 21Run.com has very good prices - almost the best I have seen on the web. However, there are a lot barriers to pas before actually receiving the products.
The only possible way to get in contact with the customer service is to go behind the 21Run.com, as the number for 21Run.com-service only will put you in touch with an answering phone explaining how busy they are - however, that is all year round (see the other ratings). If you want to get in touch with a person you need to find 21Corporation and usually you will get in touch with Simone, who will put you in hold trying to find an answer. The answers however, 21Run.com has a really hard to time to live up to. When the promise send you an email with certain information, they do send it. No explains. The order it self has been under way for 2 weeks. The list of complaints is so long. 21Run.com has really great prices, but are really slow in terms of delivery and customer service which is really frustrating. Is the good price really worth it?
Jeg bestilte et par Kayano 19 og et par løbebukser den 28. dec. Varene blev modtaget i dag. Dog har deres kundeservice ikke svaret på nogle af mine henvendelser og UPS har ydermere gokket i deres on-line tracking, så jeg var lige ved at tro jeg var blevet snydt.
Deres priser er rigtig gode sammenlignet med de andre net-butikker med samme varer og leveringstiden var ok, da løbebukserne var i restordre.
Tror godt jeg tør handle har igen!
I ordered a pair of Asics shoes 13.11.12. They took the money from my Visa without delivering anything. After a while I mailed them, and asked, when they had shipped the shoes. I got an auto-generated mail, that they were unable to deliver now. After a while I mailed them again, and got the same auto-generated mail. I have afterwards sent them several mails, and they have told me, that I would get a new model. Finally 28-12-12 I have got my money back. A lot of troubles and mails without getting any shoes.
I ordered some running gear at the end of August, but they were unable to ship it out. Their customer service phone line was inaccessible. I got a feeling that all they have is robo answering machine that plays the same message even in the middle of the night. I actually tried it after their working hours near midnight and got the same message that all operators are busy. That was really illogical!
Their answering of e-mails was also poor. When I asked about delivery, I got an answer to 1 out of 2 e-mails. With big delay, of course.
My initial request for a refund was left unnoticed. After waiting for a week, I resent it and also faxed a letter to them. Thankfully, they replied and returned my money (I wonder what reached them. Was it e-mail or fax?). It was truly a stressful event and, at one point, I started to wonder if I will ever get my.
Time from my purchase till my money returned back to me - slightly above 3 weeks.
This shop has definitely not worked for me. I will never return or recommend it to anyone
Ordered shoes beginning of September and have still not received them. Tried contacting them multiple times by email, website and phone but never received a response.
They took my money but haven't delivered or refund as requested.
Jeg har netop modtaget mine Kayano 18 og en Nike Miler langærmet løbe-shirt..
Super fin handel til en super skarp pris (dkk 943 incl fragt).
Varerne blev bestilt søndag aften og jeg modtog dem mandag 8 dage efter.
Det kunne have gået hurtigere hvis ikke siden pr. default vælger forudbetaling, som de tyskere er så glade for.
Jeg gad ikke bøvle med at få ordren lavet om til kort-betaling som der ellers er mulighed for. Så jeg lavede en udenlandsk overførsel og samme dag som den var modtaget i Tyskland, fik jeg først en mail om betalingen modtaget og senere en mail om at varerne var afskibet.
Jeg kan trygt anbefale at handle her hvis du er opmærksom på følgende:
1) I skrivende stund skal butikken indkassere dansk moms. Du skal således lægge lidt til de EUR priser som er på siden. Momsen bliver automatisk tillagt når du opdaterer kassen med levering til DK.
2) Vær opmærksom på at få sat hak i credit-card. Ellers skal du bøvle med en udenlandsk betaling, som hverken er lige så forbruger-sikker, billig eller hurtig som kortbetaling. Der er ikke mange step i ordreprocessen så jeg var lidt overrasket da min ordre pludselig var placeret. Måske var jeg bare ikke vågen :)
Men heudover kan jeg kun anbefale siden. Der er rigtig mange lækre løbeartikler, til priser som man kun vil kunne drømme om i Dk. På trods af at man også betaler dansk moms her..
Jeg bestilte d. 20/08 et par Asics Nimbus 14 pris: €109.21- Da jeg modtog min ordre som jeg skulle betale var prisen €114.71. Der var på forsiden en rabatkode man skulle indtaste for at få €15. Denne indtastede jeg: Men alligevel løb min samlede ordre på €128,61 istedet for €108.11.
Jeg troede dette var en fejl, og prøvede igen. Med samme resultat. Jeg skrev til 21run.com at jeg gerne ville annulere mine ordre.
2 dage senere fik jeg en mail at det nu var rettet og jeg skulle kun betale €106 - men da jeg logge ind havde jeg fået en ekstra ordre på €113,61. den gamle til €€128,61 var stadig ikke slettet og beløbet var stadig forkert.
Jeg skrev at jeg ikke var interesseret, da havde bestilt min sko et andet sted. Her 8 dage efter bliver de ved med at sende mail om at ordre xxxxxx er klar til forsendelse. Men det er nogle ordre numre som slet ikke er inde på min konto?? Jeg har idag sendt min 9 og sidste mail til dem at jeg IKKE ER INTERESSERET i at handle hos dem.
