Great!
247 Moneybox are a really good payday loan company. They are quick and efficient.
The only negative point I have is that I struggle to get through to the customer service call centre when I want to speak to someone.

Ever since have been using 247Moneybox have received an excellent service from a company that I belive delivers every time. They are not as forceful or unfriendly as many other lenders out there.
If i were speaking to a friend I will be honest with them and tell that not to borrow with 247 with the intention of not paying back what is owed on time. I will advice them to go with 247 as a pose to any other short term loan provider because you provide a servcie which is more friendlier and reasonable than other providers who I have been with.

Works for Me
Never had any problems with loans from 24/7 Moneybox. I borrow, I sometimes extend, I repay and they let me borrow again if I need to. Only slight criticism is that they take 2 full working days to respond to emails but apart from that, I'm happy with the service and have recommended it to 2 people so far.

Honesty
They are always fast and honest and you know where you stand and they are curteous on the phone. I would recommend them to anyone. Everything is upfront and the website is easy to navigate.

Good but short of Excellent
For 2 consecutive months I have changed my bank details and asked 247moneybox to stop all transactions with Santander but you've paid twice into Santander a/c. You got payments X2 from my new Barclays a\c but you refused to pay into the Barclays a/c. There was 3 fraudulent activities in 2011with Santander whilst iam changing bank a/c but you are not helping my concerns by paying into Santander.

Good quick and reliable service, reasonable value, charges not to high.
I got a quick and good customer service approach from them, not too many questions and charges explained. Felt at ease dealing with them and got good follow up to remind me when I was due to pay without hassle.

straightforward and quick.
I found 24/7 easy to understand and so long as your payment is available on the date stated then everything is easy and so long as you are happy with the charges made and accept that then it can be a great accept available so long as you don,t count it as permanent money.

You're a lifesaver 247!!!
247moneybox has certainly stepped into the breach on many occasions. It would be good if you answered your phone now and again as not everyone has access to the internet and email.
Also, you need to give some thought about the amount you can borrow, particularly if you are customer of 6 months+ with no outstanding amounts;

little dissaponted
i recently had to rush up north due to my mum collapsing wich has put alot of pressure on me and had to make some dastric changes in order to give her the care she needs and i recently emailed money box explainning this and the urgency of a reply as i needed to freeze my intrest and to work out a plan to pay back my debt in monthly instalements this has caused me much stress as i needed to here from them asap before i put my circumstances in order as i will have to cut dwn my hrs in order for me to go home regular and support my family in my mums care up to this point moneybox has been a great service and now i feel they have let me dwn

Average service
Have constantly authorised repayment from my bank account twice is successive days, despite my numerous attempts to tell them this, they do nothing about it. The result of this is on my pay day, they authorise repayment which is fine, the following day they authorise the same amount again, leaving me with little or no money to spend for 3 days, until the authorisation on my card drops off again.

I would like to say how friendly 247 moneybox are on the phone and texting to remind the due date. And especially if one month you can only pay the interest they are quite happy to carry the loan over.

hey 24/7 money really does mean 24/7 2min application online they email or text u and in a flash money in ur account i needed money straight away to avoid a bank charge 24/7 money saved the day woo hoo i would use them again

ok until my last loan
i reapplied for a loan from 24/7 money box at the week end after paying back my last loan i went on line and changed my bank details as i wanted the money paid into my new account but even after doing that they still paid it into my old account which i now have no access to so in that respect i would struggle to use them again. worst thing is that i will still have to pay back the money that i never even got.

great service, high APR but not as high as most payday loan companys
i have a loan with 247 moneybox. they are great, you can extend the loan if you cannot repay on time. as you use their service you will see how you can borrow more each time as long as you pay off any outstanding loans on time. The only thing i would say is their APR is quite high but not as high as most lenders these days!
