My details was used to get a loan from these guys i have contact the police give them crime number yet they will still do nothing. This is messing up my credit any they dont care. They are keeping my details illegally. They will not contact me via post only phone or email. I request paper mail contact they refuse. These guys are crooks and do not go by the books.
Avoid at all cost inless you want to be involved in there illegal activities.
These guys are messing my life up and causing me the world of stress. They should of just removed my details as soon as i give the crime number to them.
They cannot conduct business in a civil manner and should not be trading.
I just wish they had some cares in the world for other people not just them self!!!!

If i were speaking to a friend I will be honest with them and tell that not to borrow with 247 with the intention of not paying back what is owed on time. I will advice them to go with 247 as a pose to any other short term loan provider because you provide a servcie which is more friendlier and reasonable than other providers who I have been with.
Never had any problems with loans from 24/7 Moneybox. I borrow, I sometimes extend, I repay and they let me borrow again if I need to. Only slight criticism is that they take 2 full working days to respond to emails but apart from that, I'm happy with the service and have recommended it to 2 people so far.
For 2 consecutive months I have changed my bank details and asked 247moneybox to stop all transactions with Santander but you've paid twice into Santander a/c. You got payments X2 from my new Barclays a\c but you refused to pay into the Barclays a/c. There was 3 fraudulent activities in 2011with Santander whilst iam changing bank a/c but you are not helping my concerns by paying into Santander.
I got a quick and good customer service approach from them, not too many questions and charges explained. Felt at ease dealing with them and got good follow up to remind me when I was due to pay without hassle.
I found 24/7 easy to understand and so long as your payment is available on the date stated then everything is easy and so long as you are happy with the charges made and accept that then it can be a great accept available so long as you don,t count it as permanent money.
very helpful and quick, however i really feel strongly that the charges are too high when you extend your loan- i feel it does take advantage of people in a bad financial position, however overall it is a good service
i recently had to rush up north due to my mum collapsing wich has put alot of pressure on me and had to make some dastric changes in order to give her the care she needs and i recently emailed money box explainning this and the urgency of a reply as i needed to freeze my intrest and to work out a plan to pay back my debt in monthly instalements this has caused me much stress as i needed to here from them asap before i put my circumstances in order as i will have to cut dwn my hrs in order for me to go home regular and support my family in my mums care up to this point moneybox has been a great service and now i feel they have let me dwn
Have constantly authorised repayment from my bank account twice is successive days, despite my numerous attempts to tell them this, they do nothing about it. The result of this is on my pay day, they authorise repayment which is fine, the following day they authorise the same amount again, leaving me with little or no money to spend for 3 days, until the authorisation on my card drops off again.
I would like to say how friendly 247 moneybox are on the phone and texting to remind the due date. And especially if one month you can only pay the interest they are quite happy to carry the loan over.
