This is the second time this company has not fulfilled my order correctly.
First order they sent the wrong product - second order they omitted an item I had paid for - each time this was put right following a phone call but annoying all the same.

Please accept our sincere apologies that you have experienced two problems on two separate occasions.
Unfortunately occasionally we do make mistakes, and I am terribly sorry that you have been unlucky to experience this on two different orders.
I hope that in both instances we provided good customer service and rectified our mistake as quickly as possible.
I have put a Feliway spray in the post for you to use for your cats, as way of an apology.
