I've been a customer for some time now and have enjoyed great service from 4U.
Of course, things can go wrong and that happened to me just recently. I have to say that the company was brilliant at working with me. It literally took us days to get it right but they kept at it until I finally got the details corrected. I suppose a lot of companies would gave given up at some point but [name] was excellent. He kept working to understand what was wrong and even set up a temporary email to monitor what I was doing wrong. Well done, [name] and apologies for acting like some sort of diva.
So if you want a company that's perfect, you won't find one. If you want one that will sort things out, go to 4U.
They have been instrumental in allowing me to grow my hosting abilities. Not only are they competitive on the pricing side; they excel with their performance, reliability, ever expanding suite of tools and customer support.
I am confident they will continue to grow with me for another 7.5 years and beyond...
Excellent & reliable service - both in terms of server & technical support. When I do have any issues (normally with configuration) I can easily and quickly (within 12 hours by average) get technical support.
Excellent company, well worth investing in the package every year... and I've invested in this for the last 9 years now... and intend to stay on in the future!

I can't recommend 4uHosting highly enough. I've been with them for more than 6 years now, and have never had any serious issue. As the quantity of websites I administer has slowly grown, I have slowly worked through their tiered product range and am now on the Advanced Plan (despite even the basic plan becoming more and more featured as the years have gone by).
I've never had any serious issue with any aspect of the service - and those small and minor queries (such as enabling SSH access) have always been addressed quickly and professionally. Near the start of switching my hosting to 4uHosting, I had some pretty complex domain setups with mail and web servers being hosted by different companies. Whilst complex and "abnormal", the service received from 4uHosting was fabulous, and confirmed that I would migrate all services to them.
I get the impression that they are a fairly small company - but this is definitely not a limitation, but a feature. They offer all (or more) of the services that larger hosting companies provide, the servers are fast and responsive, and yet you get the customer attention that you'd expect from a smaller business.
Sure, like most companies, they've had some disasters happen over the course of time, which haven't been their fault (such as a major power outage at a London data center shared by many companies). But during these (very brief) periods of downtime, they kept customers informed, regularly, and proved the even during difficult times, they were still focussed on the customer.
All-in-all, highly recommended, and I've no intention to go elsewhere!
I've hosted several sites with 4UHosting over the years and I have had so few problems that I've forgotten what they were! I just know that when they occurred they were fixed - usually within hours of reporting. I also think their prices are very competitive.
When I first looked to develop and host a website back in 2005, the company selected was 4U Hosting. I honestly can't remember why I chose them. However they have been brilliant in every respect. When I started I needed quite a bit of support and they were always there turning around my questions quickly and guiding me through. I certainly recommend them.
After 8 years with our current server provider, we switched to 4UH for our new server needs and have been amazed with the level of professionalism, product know-how and support we have received. 4UH has been a breath of fresh air. We will be moving all our other products to them also. They support you whatever your level of IT Knowledge.
I've been with 4UHosting since Oct 2005, which makes it 8 years in a few days when I renew my subscription again. I’m happy to say that 4UHosting have made my hosting experience painless and trouble free.
When things have gone wrong, be it my fault, a dodgy script on the shared server or anything else out of their control. Chris and Marley have been quick to reply to logged support calls with detailed information and solutions. There has been more than one occasion where they have saved my bacon and data! I don’t think you can get better then these guys!
I have been with 4UHosting for nearly 10 years. I moved to them because of unsatisfactory service from another, larger hosting company, and it was the best decision I have ever made. The service is reliable and reasonably priced and any queries I have are easily logged and the response is always quick, friendly and helpful. They knock the socks off many larger and more well-known hosting companies, and I would recommend anyone thinking of using a hosting company to use 4UHosting.
I've been with 4U Hosting for a very long time. I've hosted a blog with around 9000 pictures there for about 8 years now.
If I've had any issues, always due to my stupidity, the 4U Hosting team are there extremely quickly to help out in any way that they can. Their e-mails are always polite, explain what any issues are that I've caused but say that they've fixed them normally within seconds.
I will happily renew by yearly subscriptions with them year after year. Their prices and support are amazing, good to know they are there when I need them to be.
We have found 4UHosting reasonable for our requirements. Our web designer has had a few issues which have been sorted out. I find the actual web site difficult to follow and there seems to be a very roundabout way of sorting out glitches. In the past week, our website has been unavailable due to a server issue which apparently had been addressed and solved - not so, it would seem as our site is down yet again. As a new business which depends on web traffic and clients using the online facilities we offer from the site, this is not acceptable!
