I had a bad fall at work on Saturday and was shipped off to our local AE in an Ambulance. At first I decided that I could not blame the Company for what happened, but I changed my mind after I felt the pain and saw the swelling on my left ankle. I had no idea who to talk to about this, so I went onto the internet to look for clues. This is where I found Accident Compensation Helpline. I wrote them a few words about it together with my home phone number and a few minutes later, I was talking through my problem with an advisor. The lady explained everything to me and I am meeting a solicitor in a couple of days.
I couldn't believe that they could help me! They've sorted everything and unlike most companies when they said they would call me back, they did! They have made me feel like they really do want the best for me.
I can't write too much of a review as have decided not to persue my claim through this method. However in the short time I have been involved I would like to say they seem to be very professional and on the ball. Only personal reasons have meant I will not be Persung my claim through their team..

Finding a reliable company these days is never easy but ACH really impressed me. Nice people to deal with and delivered what they promised and I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and also use them again if I ever have another accident that wasn't my fault.
I thought that the information available was great. I thought that the feed back was verry good the people I talked to were very polite, all my questions were answered all my inquiries had good feed back.
All in all I thought that the company and manors were excellent.
Was given quick decision to begin with. Rep came round told me they only took claims they were certain they would win making me feel like it was a definite thing. 2 weeks later they call me and tell me that my injuries aren't sufficient enough even though they were willing to take it in beginning for same injuries! Absolute joke! Very unprofessional

I contacted Accident Compensation Helpline after i had an accident at work involving a filing cabinet, to which i was treat with most respect and given some advice on the matter. they were very courteous and was ssent a letter from the appropriate solicitor who was dealing with my accident.
