by a long way the best way to get over an accident

Fast, friendly,eager to help and leaves no stone unturned.
From me making that first phonecall, i was met with people who were happy to listen and help me. So effectively and the speed of correspondce reaching me and calls were made imeditately to me asking for all information.
The customer service i have recieved so far and so fast certainely made my mind up for me that i did not need to contact any other companies.

The lady from the compensation helpline was excellent. She made it easy for me to get my information across and explained everything as they went. I could ask questions and always got an answer that I could understand, no confusing terminology. Excellent in all ways. I can't fault them in anything.

A very friendly and reliable service.
Had an accident recently, and sort compensation. Going to accidently helpline made life easier. I explained my situation and gave the relavent details they required. Not too long after they called me back telling me a solicitor had been assigned on my case. All within a space of 3hrs. This is what i would call a excellent service.

efficient,courteous quick and very polite
I contacted not knowing what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. After sending my email query l got a phone call back more or less immediately and was called back by a solicitor the next day as agreed.
Staff were understanding, polite and on the ball. The service l have received is faultless so far and would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

I didn't know what to do so my sister call and spoke to the lady on my behalf. Giving the lady my detail was no problem then I explain what happen. I dint have to wait long and I was told yes thy would take my case. A text was send out to welcome me and a phone call.thank I hope I will have a satisfaction results. I called this company up and spoke with a Lynn Nolan who was polite, friendly and compassionate, she took all of my details and checked that I had a case. I found he call to be professional and then another operative called to check that I was happy with the service whilst I was still in the phone to Lynn, talk about fast service

excellent service extremly fast and reliable
i got a call back within minutes and arranged a meeting at my home. The company my claim was handed to were great and made it very easy for those of us not familiar with legal terminology. Very easy to understand and very nice people. no complaints and have already gave details to a friend to use the service.
