Perfection - all online retailers should be like this
I simply can’t rate these guys highly enough.
The screen (13in 1366x768 HD) on my Acer laptop failed so I went hunting for a replacement and was lucky enough to find Accupart.
Finding the correct part on their website was easy but I sent an email for confirmation and got an almost instant response. Even better the reply was succinct and unequivocal - yes it’s the correct part and it’s an original part from the same factory Acer use. Some other websites are a bit vague, perhaps intentionally so, about whether their parts are originals or cheap clones.
The cost was £49 and delivery was free, so I placed my order immediately (Friday afternoon) and amazingly the screen was delivered (in robust packaging) on Saturday morning!
The replacement screen was, as promised, identical to the one in the laptop. Fitting took around 25 minutes, but I wasn’t trying to break any records, and was quite straightforward.
If I have one criticism it’s that the parts are only guaranteed for 3 months even though they are brand new, perhaps it’s because you’re fitting them yourself. On the other hand I’m amazed they can give this level of service for the price.
