Very Competitive Price With Great Customer Service
I'd organised a music event and with only 2 days to go realised that wristbands were a must. I searched Google and Adband came out cheapest so I ordered from them and also phoned them to say how urgently I needed the wristbands. As it was late in the afternoon (yes, I really had left things until the last minute!) their orders for the day had already been despatched, so in order for me to receive them in time the person I spoke to called me back to say that she would personally take my parcel to the post office on her way home! Customer service at it's best! I will definitely be ordering from Adband for my next event, although I'll try not to leave it so late next time!

Good quality product, good customer service and quick delivery.
I wanted to get an ID band for the kids for going on holiday and of course left it to the last minute. I was really impressed with the choice of colour, customer service and especially the speed of delivery. The kids loved the bands (8, 10 & 12) and are still wearing them.

Not what it said on the tin
Expensive sample.
Colour was incorrect.
Quality was low relative to other bands we've purchased.

Excellent service from initial quote through to post sales
The service was great it was good to review the artwork and discuss my needs and they managed to turn them around very fast, and were helpful when we accidentally paid for our goods twice (our fault not theres)
There were a few issues with some of the bands on the plastic bits where they snapped to close or the holes not being punched but that was only a handful out of an order of about 400.
I would use the company again mainly due to the service and speedy delivery

Brilliant customer service !!
Having had no previous experience in ordering promotional products for my local charity parkgate pony sanctuary I was made up with the customer care shown to me via Hedy replies to my emails were pretty instant an on customer service alone I would recommend them . Just awaiting products now an if they're as good as the service will defo be ordering again !!!

Some issues, but handled very well by Adband
The real test of a company's customer service is when things don't go completely right, and Adband were great!
When our mugs arrived, they were great quality, but the logo was not in the same position as the proof and they looked a bit odd. Adband sorted it out, with no fuss, so we now have perfect mugs (and are very happy customers).
The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the communication could have been a little better during the time our problem took to resolve, as we weren't sure what was happening. I'd definately recommend Adband and will use them again.

Poor customer service, incorrect order, would not use again.
Our initial order (made in April) was late and the wrong size. After many deliberations the order was placed once again in the correct size. After chasing the order for many weeks was told on Friday 13th July that it had not even been started. Poor customer service, feedback and product as it was changed without consultation. Would not use again as they have not provided us with what we originally requested back in April.

Excellent service using email and persona contact
I ordered these and wanted them quickly. An email informed me that it would take up to 3 weeks delivery time. On asking I was told that this was a mistake and in two days the plastic inserts I wanted came. The product is first class and was extremely well packed. I would use Adband again when I need them.

Fantastic product and great service
I loved the bands that adband produced for my friends hen party. They were in great condition and really stood out, and made everyone feel like they were party of the weekend away. I would definately recommend Adband, they are flexible and custom made all the bands how i wanted.

Listen and deliver
I've used Adband several times now. Good customer service is actually quite simple: listen to what the customer wants; tell them when they will get it, and deliver as required. Thank you to Adband for doing this.
I have only one request, and doubt my annual spend justifies it, but it would be great to speak to the same CS agent all the time.

Poor
I was really disappointed in the performance of Adband.
Orders were late, promises were made and not kept and alternatives were no suggested.
This resulted in a later than planned delivery as a knock on effect on my clients.
The Adband experience could've been a lot easier if communication had been improved.
The final resulting product was however lovely.

Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry that you've been disappointed with your order. Our free standard delivery is three weeks from receipt of payment and confirmation of artwork.
We would advise all customers with a tight lead time to order over the phone or by email rather than online, as our sales representatives are more than happy to advise as to lead times and whether Express Delivery is available to push orders through as urgent.
