Don't understand all the Adidas hating going on here because I have had nothing but excellent service from start to finish. Usually go to the Adidas shop in Birmingham City Centre, where staff are always helpful and friendly however had to order online after the store didn't have the product I wanted in the size I needed. Staff in the shop were really helpful in directing me to the site and ensuring that the product I needed was in stock. After that, flawless service!
Delivery arrived shortly after I received the dispatch email, and was neatly packed in a waterproof bag inside a box. Was delighted to get a 10% promo code for my next order, and email contact since I ordered has not been OTT and has offered me exclusive codes and information - just what I want as an online customer.
Really like the feature where as well as tracking your order you can re-schedule it or change the delivery address. Although I didn't use it this is perfect for someone like me who often types the delivery address too quickly and gets it wrong! This was a birthday present for my boyfriend, and it looks pristine (ordered a basketball vest) - not scrumpled like many things you order online. I can wrap it up and it's good to go - awesome.
I've got to buck the trend of anti-adidas reviews here. First pair of trainers arrived quickly. On closer inspection I didn't like them, but the process of returning them couldn't have been easier, and I was refunded within a couple of days. The customer service guy I spoke to was also v helpful and professional. The replacement pair I ordered arrived just as fast and I'm very pleased with them. I'm sure a big company like this suffers the odd glitch but I found the service they offered impressive.
Well what can I say, lets begin with delivery. I asked my daughter to order some shorts and guess what, one week later were still waiting for delivery. Adidas have nice clothes its just the delivery service and the customer service for the on line shopping thats non existant so you have to email there website and then wait for them to rexpond and thats the problem with ordering clothes on line. Dont state 2-3 days for delivery if you cant supply within that time scale.
So I ordered sum trainers that were apparently in stock and ready to deliver in 3 working days. Ordered on the tuesday well before the 1:30 cut of time as I need them for Saturday at the latest. It's now Friday and it turns out they have to come from Germany and won't be here till tue/wed time. Yeah thanks for letting me now that!! So i had to go buy an alternate pair to take with me on holiday! In short they lie about stock and customer service is no help
I have ordered a bag from Adidas.dk monday at 7AM with express shipping which I paid 550DKK for totally. I called to customerservice yesterday because I didn't recieved T&T number, the service guy told me that my order will be shipped monday night and i should have my T&T tuesday morning, I woke up today and there was no T&T number in my mailbox, so i called them again and they told me that my order will be shipped today so i have it tomorrow! what a shitty service!. Then i checked my bank account for 1 hour ago and I could see that they reserved 1650DKK from my account, I call them again and they say that cannot help me with that! What the f***! So no bag and no money! Thank you very much Adidas... I will never buy more at you online store...
I have bought a few times from adidas.co.uk and love the products HOWEVER their service isn't good. Despatch times are slow.. that's IF they have stock they say they do. I ordered a bag (1 in stock) and trainers (no stock indicator) and I receive a garbled email the next day saying my order had been cancelled - the trainers are still showing in stock on the website! I took a risk on the bag, 1 in stock fair enough it might have already sold... but why sell things more than 24 hours after they have sold out?!?
I placed my order on 30 December 2012, realising that it would be delayed due to the New Year holidays. This wasn't a problem as I was in no rush but the problem is that I checked the tracking and it was showing some movement until it got to Dundee, on the 4th January I believe. Since then it hasn't moved and the expected delivery date changes to a day later every day I check it. Yesterday it was by end of the day on 8th January (today) and this morning it now shows end of day 9th January. Really into the not acceptable zone as the order states 2-3 days and even with the New Year delay I think we are past that. As thing stand I think it will be unlikely that (if this order ever arrives) that I would use Adidas online again. Plus, during the order process, as a new customer I remember there was a new customer discount. That didn't happen either. I hope someone at Adidas is reading this.
I've been a fan of adidas trainers for over 30 years now and I regularly pass a local designer store and like a child at a sweetshop window drool at the adidas trainers on sale, inside, the brand I particularly fell in love with was the iron adidas Spezial. As soon as I saw the online site advertising 15% off your first order when you signed up to it I knew i was going to buy these trainers. Not only did i buy them i also bought a pair of the Dragons in navy Blue. The site was simplicity itself to use, place my order and the delivery of my order was first class with the order tracking facility you are able to use by the delivery company the best I have ever viewed. My order arrived earlier than expected and the quality of my purchase was just as I hoped and expected. I would urge any fan of adidas to use this site rather than pay extra in the shops, this site is easily the best i have ever purchased from.
Had seen Adidas had released the GS O.G trainers, so went to the Adidas store in Birmingham to buy them, as local shops (JD Sports & Footlocker) did not have them. Was informed by a member of staff that they had not got any stock of them either, but could order them online, Advised by the sales assistant that the trainers could be ordered from the store, which I did. I received an e-mail to say the order had been accepted and another later the same day, to say that my order had been dispatched. Received the shoes 2 days later and very pleased with the product and the overall service.
I have been trying to contact Customer Services for 3 days now and they are always engaged, I have emailed Customer Services and have only had an automated reply, stating that due to high demand my email may take longer than 24 hours to reply to. How on earth are we meant to speak to someone???????????. The shoes I ordered are very small sizing, to get the next size I have to return them, wait up to 4 weeks for a refund, and in the mean time fork out another £100+ to get the correct size, meaning Adidas have my money twice at one point. All I want is to speak to someone about exchanging the shoes for the next size up.
