HORRIBLE!
I have ordered a bag from Adidas.dk monday at 7AM with express shipping which I paid 550DKK for totally. I called to customerservice yesterday because I didn't recieved T&T number, the service guy told me that my order will be shipped monday night and i should have my T&T tuesday morning, I woke up today and there was no T&T number in my mailbox, so i called them again and they told me that my order will be shipped today so i have it tomorrow! what a shitty service!. Then i checked my bank account for 1 hour ago and I could see that they reserved 1650DKK from my account, I call them again and they say that cannot help me with that! What the f***! So no bag and no money! Thank you very much Adidas... I will never buy more at you online store...

They just don't respond to emails and phones are always engaged.
Great products - as long as everything is OK. I've bought quite a bit from them sale and non-sale and the quality is great MOST of the time; however that's when they fall apart.
I ordered some trainers they arrived in four days which is OK however they're falling apart (in the box not after wear).
I emailed them and no repsonse, emailed again, nothing - can't get through on the phone.
I even post a review on their site - which was removed as the review was customer service based..... "but please email us if you need help" ah the irony.
basically I like the store and products but their Customer "service" sucks!!!!!

The products were of a very high standard and the whole ordering process was extremely easy . I will use this site a lot .

I haven't received anything yet - not impressed!
I placed my order on 30 December 2012, realising that it would be delayed due to the New Year holidays. This wasn't a problem as I was in no rush but the problem is that I checked the tracking and it was showing some movement until it got to Dundee, on the 4th January I believe. Since then it hasn't moved and the expected delivery date changes to a day later every day I check it. Yesterday it was by end of the day on 8th January (today) and this morning it now shows end of day 9th January. Really into the not acceptable zone as the order states 2-3 days and even with the New Year delay I think we are past that. As thing stand I think it will be unlikely that (if this order ever arrives) that I would use Adidas online again. Plus, during the order process, as a new customer I remember there was a new customer discount. That didn't happen either. I hope someone at Adidas is reading this.

Great quality and great value !
I would recommend adidas to anyone as I found the web site very easy to use and I received my goods in perfect condition and within a week of ordering them.

Got the trainers I've wanted and with a discount as well.Bonus..
I've been a fan of adidas trainers for over 30 years now and I regularly pass a local designer store and like a child at a sweetshop window drool at the adidas trainers on sale,inside,the brand I particularly fell in love with was the iron adidas Spezial.
As soon as I saw the online site advertising 15% off your first order when you signed up to it I knew i was going to buy these trainers.Not only did i buy them i also bought a pair of the Dragons in navy Blue.
The site was simplicity itself to use,place my order and the delivery of my order was first class with the order tracking facility you are able to use by the delivery company the best I have ever viewed.
My order arrived earlier than expected and the quality of my purchase was just as I hoped and expected.
I would urge any fan of adidas to use this site rather than pay extra in the shops,this site is easily the best i have ever purchased from.

3 stripe product, 5 star service!
Had seen Adidas had released the GS O.G trainers, so went to the Adidas store in Birmingham to buy them, as local shops (JD Sports & Footlocker) did not have them. Was informed by a member of staff that they had not got any stock of them either, but could order them online, Advised by the sales assistant that the trainers could be ordered from the store, which I did.
I received an e-mail to say the order had been accepted and another later the same day, to say that my order had been dispatched. Received the shoes 2 days later and very pleased with the product and the overall service.

Customer Service lines forever engaged.
I have been trying to contact Customer Services for 3 days now and they are always engaged, I have emailed Customer Services and have only had an automated reply, stating that due to high demand my email may take longer than 24 hours to reply to. How on earth are we meant to speak to someone???????????.
The shoes I ordered are very small sizing, to get the next size I have to return them, wait up to 4 weeks for a refund, and in the mean time fork out another £100+ to get the correct size, meaning Adidas have my money twice at one point. All I want is to speak to someone about exchanging the shoes for the next size up.
