I have used Adzuna regularly to keep abreast of the jobs market. It is quicker and easier to search there rather than through half a dozen other sites - all the work is done for you.
At first it felt like an entertainment website, with "playful" fonts and colors so you assume it's gonna be easy to navigate around.
And then, you realise that it IS actually really easy to find your way around, but the content is far from shallow. Stats are useful and noticeable at first glance, and there are lots of offers whether it's for a job or a flat.
I particularly like the connectivity options, which make it more personalise and it feels like you have an extra search assistant.
Just hope they will soon open the job search to other countries.
Adzuna is a user friendly job search engine with all the filters and search power you could possibly need.
There are also stats about different job markets, top salaries, the top hiring companies and so on. As well as this, salaries are predicted when not present, a very helpful indicator for job searchers.
The website is very user-friendly and is a real wealth of data. There's no need to get check anywhere else as they have everything you need!
This is exactly what I needed!
Instead of going to many different job boards and repeating my search over and over, now I can do everything without leaving Adzuna. As it gathers all of the job ads from around the Internet, I could easily find my future job through its comprehensive and clean website.
The provided tools, as the salary statistics, are a great extra, which helped me better understand the current job market.
if you've ever tried to use a jobs site you'll know how frustrating it can be with endless forms and check boxes and 'smart filters' t haat re not smart or search criteria that look for every instance of the word 'job...they're a nightmare.
Adzuna actually does the job of helping you to find a job right, they using data from linkedin and facebook as well as clever sliders to narrow down all the options ot the actually useful and interesting stuff.
Adzuna is undoubtedly the most user friendly job search engine I've ever used. It's clear, easy to navigate and has some awesome unique features. My personal favourite is the 'jobsworth' tool. It's super handy to know what salary range to expect for each role, and even though I am not actively looking for a new job, I've been able to use it for a benchmarking tool to negotiate a higher salary in my current role…
Adzuna makes it extremely easy to find just the right job offer. It works like a search engine and collects hundreds of relevant results so there is no more need to visit multiple job boards - it's all in one place! Connecting via Facebook or LinkedIn enables users to make use of their own personal network during the job search process. Excellent!
There are many sites out there which promise you that they have it all when it comes to job search - Adzuna is so far the only one who has kept that promise! The site is really well built, with great search and lovely design, which makes it nicer to use than other, comparable sites.
Really hope the guys keep up the good work!
Searching for jobs on Adzuna is fun to use. It's not just the instant filters you can apply to get the results that you're looking for. They also have various statistics that can help you get a quick overview of salaries, etc on any sector you're interested in. Very responsive website, too.
Adzuna has the most convenient user-friendly design. It helps to look for a job, see what is going on in the market, compares offers and salaries. It also aggregates job offers from other resources so you can find all options in one place. Strongly recommend!
I've been using Adzuna for a few weeks now as I'm looking at changing job. The search and listings are great, never knew there was so many jobs available around. the salary stuff is pretty neat too, it helped me a few times decide if I wanted to apply for a job or not.
Been searching for jobs on Adzuna for sometime and I find it very useful. Quite a few jobs, very easy to navigate, minimalistic design. Importantly, no irrelevant alerts or marketing emails. Also played with the 'social search' feature and was surprised to see how many people actually can help me with jobs (although they don't always look at the geography, so may end up recommending somebody from the US for a UK job, which might not be relevant).
Adzuna makes job search simple. There are none of the annoying popups that are all over most of the other sites out there. Plus they have great stats showing average salary for your search which helps filter the results. It's definitely worth checking out
Adzuna is a really nice tool for job seekers - very nice to have results appear which actually bare resemblance to the search query I entered - which already puts it miles ahead of Indeed and the like. The search is actually very powerful and relevant.
Also a big fan of the salary stats - great for understanding salary expectations and also having a general nose ;)
Besides matching your networks with current job opportunities Adzuna constantly releases new data/stats about where do you have the cheapest rents, best paid jobs, etc.. I really don't think there is something like this out there, so I can only it deserves 5 starts!
It's the best job search site out there. Every job ad in the UK in one place - saving you time humping around all those different job boards - plus useful alerts, stats around salaries and a cool feature called Adzuna Connect which allows you to see jobs that are going at companies where your friends work.
I love this site, it's so intuitive. I find myself just searching for stuff I don't need just because it is like it knows you and is working for you. It's like having a butler who has already anticipated your needs and is diligently waiting for you to input what you think you want before BAM, it hits you with what you didn't know you wanted, but what you needed. I can't speak highly enough of this site. 10/10.
...simply because it contains almost all jobs in the UK, from all the major players out there.
Let's say you want to search for permanent accountant jobs in a radius of 5 miles around Central London with a starting salary of £30K. There are around 10+ websites out there specialising in accountacy jobs. Instead of running 10+ searches in 10 different websites, simply go to www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs and perform the search.
Found something you wanna check out? Click on it and you're redirected to the website which has the full details.
Even better, you can set up an email alert which will notify you when new jobs appear IN ANY of the websites Adzuna collects information from.
Think of Adzuna as a specialised search engine that focuses only in Jobs (and Properties and Cars!)
For the power users out there, try the advanced search at http://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/advanced-search to get exactly the job ads you're after.
I was looking for places to move, and used the friend map to see who I knew in the area - it worked perfectly as I could then ask them about the area and get the insider view!
Have been using Adzuna to find a flat to rent. Only bothered to review it because it's been great for comparing rental prices between different areas of London, which was annoyingly hard to do!
Lets me search by precise filters, so I don't have to wade through rubbish to find what I want, I only see the kind of flats I want to see!
Came across Adzuna cars when hunting for a car, wouldn't use any other car classifieds website since finding it. Saves me having to look across lots of different sites as they have ads from all the main sites.
I was searching for a Ford Fiesta and they have lots of graphs to show what I should be paying for cars from different years. The map view was also really useful as I didn't want to travel far, so could view cars only in North London.
The other handy feature was being able to sign-up for alerts to new cars added, so I didn't have to keep checking the site. Plus there's a fun car quiz to do too!
Adzuna is a really simple site to use and it gives you accurate search results for property (or jobs and cars) without asking you too many questions first. I think that this is important because often you don't want to spend time with lots of filters before you find the property you want to look at.
I really like the Friend Map feature where you can see where your friends on facebook hang out also, it makes property search a lot more engaging and relevant to you.
Overall, I would definitely recommend. It's easy to use and gives you the information you want very quickly.
Loved the social features, really helps leverage your network to find a job
Really straightforward to use and saves me the pain of searching on multiple sites. I've been researching cars and its great I have all the info I need by location.
I also saw the property search so I'll def be using that too!
