I called to get some info regarding fees for my parents and these people refused to give me any indication of costs unless I provided them with all my parents personal information first. I see no reason why they could not provide me with their fee details without that information so we did no business.

In answer to your question regarding our fee, our service provides initial advice for free and without obligation. Only if you choose to proceed and your case completes would a typical fee of 1.3% of the amount released be payable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to say exactly how much the final cost to you would be as this will vary based on individual circumstances.
Many providers offer Age Partnership customers a cash-back contribution that goes some or all of the way to covering the cost of our advice. This means we can’t tell customers what the total costs will be until we know more about their circumstances and preferences.
