NIGHTMARE!!!!
DO NOT buy from Acia, I purchased a shower screen which was broken on arrival and asked for a refund 25 emails later still not got a refund and just fobbed off. Very Very unhappy.

Brilliant product and excellent value for money.
Shower tray is very good although you have to be careful when attaching the legs as the sockets are weak but easily fixed with superglue. Our plumber says the tray is far better than the products supplied by builders merchants.
The shower screen is fantastic and with Easy Clean as standard.
Aica supply a great product at superb prices and I would recommend buying from them.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
was going to give a very good review and experience BUT not now because can not buy riser kit 1200 x 900 on your website as keeps coming up as invalid selection which i have told you and nothing was done about it,so now i stuck with a shower tray with no legs.
also very strange that you mention you are UK's no1 supplier and have no contact phone number which makes me very suspicious

Easy on the wallet and even easier to fit
I received the bath screen on day 2 as quoted in the delivery note and I was really pleased with the overall look and quality. Took no more than 30 minutes to fit and would look good in any bathroom. Needs a helping hand when ready to mark out the holes for drilling, the screen is quite heavy and is very solidly built.
Very happy with the finish and would recommend this to anyone.

good product , poor administration
Good product but
didn't get an email telling me of despatch, as per advice when ordering, so didn't know it was arriving next day until I went into my account which said despatched, delivery next day .
if I had not have looked in my account I would have missed delivery and been faced with redelivery fee

The place to buy your shower unit
I bought a walk-in shower unit from Aica Bathrooms and it was delivered in 4 days rather than the 5 to 7 days stated so that was a good point, I did contact the sales department twice and both times my emails was answered fully within a couple of hours. So I am 100% satisfied with both the shower unit and my dealings with Aica Bathrooms.

Fantastic Bathroom Company. Bad Delivery
Aica bathrooms service was fantastic but the delivery driver let it down, he refused to take the heavy items upstairs because he was a one man crew and suggested that I as pensioner could help. My husband was at work.
I had to get a neighbour to help. I would think twice before I used the company again.

Some issues with spares
I was happy with the speed of delivery however 2 of the hinges on the screen were broken. I requested some spares and they arrived promptly. Once the screen was up we noticed that there was further damage to the screen, some teeth were missing from the cogs. I been trying to get replacement cogs for a while now but the keep sending out incorrect spares despite being sent a photo clearly showing damage to the cogs. Still awaiting the replacement cogs.

4 fold shower screen arrived with broken catch - replacement sent out after a phone call, excellent service.
I was a little apprehensive about ordering in case the screen was damaged. What can I say, it arrived and it wasn't until we came to fit it that the broken catch was discovered. A phone call to Aica and a replacement was sent out, the catch arrived next day delivery. Well done Aica I will certainly use you again and recommend you.

exelent Value
I ordered the 900 x 900 shower cubicle and 40mm tray
it arrived within three days, the lads who delivered it were very polite
it has all been fitted now leak free looks great
for the money this product looks much more expensive
only complaint is
I was one small screw short
did not get any instructions for fitting cubicle as a whole unit

After searching the Internet for wetroom screens I came across aica bathrooms.Did a review search and ordered without hesitation.well impressed with quality of items at a very reasonable price.the service was excellent received phone call to inform me of delivery date and text message 1 hour before dlelivery.All round first class experience .

Look fab
Although I haven't yet put it up (waiting to tile) it looks amazing. Iv taken it out the box to make sure all measurements are accurate for the space I need and looks good so far. The price and choice of size aided my decision to buy along with positive reviews. I saved £40 in comparison with other retailers and delivery was on the day stated although a time slot would have been helpful.

Quality product at a stunningly low price!
Bought what I consider a really good quality shower panel from this company at a really sharp price. Looks and feels far better quality at a lot less cost than those that you see in B&Q, Homebase, Wickes etc.
It arrived the very next day as promised by courier
When the parcel turned up unfortunately two small clips were broken in transit. I phoned their spares department and the very helpful young lady said that she would post the replacement clips out to me that night first class post. They arrived next day without cost!
I would have no hesitation is suggesting to anybody that asks me, that they could do no better than deal with this company. The product was brilliant and the after sales service was first rate.
I would definately deal with them again and again!! Well done to all the team there

Shower screen, side panel and tray were excellent value for money. Rapid 2 day delivery via tnt although tracking system and call centre showed 5 to 7 day which caused some confusion and time wasted sorting out delivery directly with the courier.

Guarantee is a con, Reasonable value products though.
They apparently only honour the 25 year / lifetime guarantee that they plaster everywhere for returns within the first 30 days...
Dodgy outfit if things go wrong.

Everything delivered Damaged !
First shower screen arrived broken, second screen delivered in a worse state then the first one. Both sent back and have now been waiting for refund for over two weeks not sure if this company is all smoke and mirrors. Looks good but fails to deliver on actual goods and customer service.

No attention to detail
It was bad enough that the plinth for the riser was broken, but to have the replacement arrive only to find that this one is too long is just a joke. What is the point of keeping sales records if they can't be bothered to check them.
