The tablet I ordered had a defective camera on arrival. I complained and ainol-novo agreed to pay back my money after returning the tablet. So I returned the tablet and they said they received it on February 6. I'm still waiting for the money refund. The support won't answer my emails anymore. I'm very disappointed.
Main reason to avoid this site and people is a very poor customer service
I was their customer. the last tablet I ordered had a problem with booting so I asked for help their customer service. they were trying to help till the moment we found that the tablet is faulty and I wanted return it. No reply since this time
1)Be patient and prepare yourself for a long time waiting for any reply of them.
2)Doesn't matter if you are registered with them or not, any email you send to them won't be registered in your account (no proof of correspondence)till the moment they reply to you.
3)If you have any bigger problem after sale like faulty, broken product or you are looking for an exchange, refund etc. they just don't know you at all.
