Chose the battery for our quad bike by using the website battery finder and it turned out to be the wrong size and shape to fit. They gave an immediate refund and asked me to help them see what the difference was with photo's and references of the old battery. I have just checked the website and it is still the wrong battery being offered. We ordered the new battery based on the existing details and all turned up Ok - and it fits!
I received the battery I ordered well packed in very quick time, which surprised me ,as I live on the Isle of Man,and am used to things taking ages to get to me. Also I was quoted a price of £99 if I was to get a Canon replacement battery or £29-99 if I was to get the cheaper version, So much for shop local! I have been waiting 7 working days &apparently battery has been del;ivered to an address with a signature (just 2 x initials) which is not mine. I am currently without transport. Not at all happy. Would not recommend & wish I had purchased from local dealer for £10.00 dearer. Never again.
Online ordering was easy and straightforward but item didn't arrive within the 5 days delivery stated, it took several phone calls in order to get someone to actually answer the phone, a recorded message kept cutting in saying contact them through the website, when eventually got hold of someone I was told the item had only been dispatched the day before despite being ordered a week earlier, there was no explanation available as to why, the person on the phone could only say sorry, as I couldn't wait for the item for another 5 days I said I didn't want it, I was then told I would have to reject the delivery when it did finally arrive and then wait until the carrier returned the item to the supplier before I could get a refund, this potentially meant they would have had my money for up to 15 days, as an online seller I'm sure they must know the distance selling rules for the UK and that a refund has to be given immediately regardless of the return of the item, as it happens the item arrived the next morning, 3 days from dispatch which is a good service, I did accept the item as it saved me time looking for another however I would not use this company again based on this poor service, someone in their dispatch dept obviously doesn't care in my view

Not in stock but I can get you one. He says rubbing his hands. Then I found. "All batteries". Half the price. Free delivery. Say no more
