We have looked into this for you and we can see that you have placed 2 orders on the 22 February using our standard delivery service. Our busy warehouse team managed to dispatch one of these on the same day for you, however, your other order was dispatched for you on the next available working day which was Monday 25 February, as we are based in Guernsey in the Channel Islands we do not have a postal collection on weekends.
We can confirm that we offer 4 different delivery services for our UK customers, 2 of which are time guaranteed and traceable. Unfortunately with our standard delivery service we cannot treat your order as overdue until after the 13 March. If your order is not with you within the quoted timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve this for you immediately.
