Really pleased with the quality and price of all my products, with the exception of a few incredibly thin t-shirts. The website is easy to purchase from, quick to deliver with a reliable courier (DPD), with an easy return process.
No option to return online purchases in stores isn't great though, or having to pay for your own returns...
Customer services are very rude and staff in certain stores are rude.
I returned a dress which was faulty end June when I contacted customer services 8th July they acknowledged receipt and I have not heard anything since despite contacting them and they are basically fobbing me off so I am £110.00 down and no dress. Disgusting.
Love the clothes, hate the staff, nice stores, nice clothes, Shocking staff. Im a regular All Saints shopper and am getting more and more fed up with the extremely poor customer service that I receive. Why do the staff not even have the common decency to look you in the eye, say hello or please and thank you. They wander round the store looking at the floor just in case a customer catches there eye and asks for assistance. I could go on, I am livid after my experience in store today, not sure I love the clothes enough to go back and be insulted further and paying for the privilege!
