Does what it says on the tin.
I needed two Grundfos pumps - Anchor Pumps supplied them at a competitive price and when they said they would - oh and I nearly forgot: delivered to my front door! That's called an excellent service!

Ordered pump with free standard 2-3 day delivery option but arrived next day in the specified 1-hour time slot. Had a query about whether all parts were included with the pump and they were very helpful (opened another box to check what should be inside) and resolved the issue promptly

Outstanding describes the service I received
I placed the order for the pump on 29th April 2013 at 07.49. I was informed the pump would be delivered 3 - 5 working days. Can you imagine my surprise and joy when it arrived, by post, within 24 hours and within the next 24 hours the pump was in situ with my central heating fully restored.

Staff very helpful and friendly on the phone. Happy to let me return it if wrong item, with no fuss. I paid for next day delivery and was very pleased with the effecient texts re delivery time slot which was spot on. Packaged well and the pump is doing its job well ! Noisy pump replaced,keeps wife happy!?!
Grundfos pump with a failing bearing in hot water system,able to search site for replacement.
Easy web-site to search,the free delivery option had the pump delivered the day after ordering.

Excellent - pity about the others
The Anchor Pumps service was excellent and so was their price.
Unfortunately, despite paying for next day delivery the transport company lost the parcel and only delivered the following day. Good job I wasn't waiting in specifically for the pump.
Also I couldn't get one of the flexible pipes to stop leaking (weeping around the top of the screw fitting) Fortunately I had a used flexible connector from a previous installation. Fitted this and sealed straight away. Obviously a manufacturing defect - not an Anchor Pumps fault.

Fast Reliable Service with no hicoughs
I ordered this pump init and like it came the very next morning and OMG the bloody shower was working by midday - exbleedingstatic I was after 2 years of frustration listening to the old 15 year old pump hunting like made every time you turned the tap off and trying to burn the motor out. Why didn't I just get a new pump from Anchor Pumps at their lowest prices 3 flippin years ago instaed of giving myself all the stress and unnecessary expense in paying plumbers to try and sort the problem out when they didn't really know what was causing the problem but just thought they would stick in a non-return valve here and there or a new flow switch instead of just admitting they didn't have a damn clue. So although the pump was relatively cheap from Anchor it actually cost me a fortune in plumbers bills. I put the pump in myself by the way and I am not a plumber but a retired Bank Manager so I don't really speak like above but just fascinated at today's grammar. Well done Anchor, you done me good Bruv
