I ordered a Grundfos pump off the net and received order acknowledgement /shipping details to be emailed when it shipped. Several days later rang, no stock, Anchor would attempt to find out from Grundfos. Delivery 26/3 which was too late. Spoke to a Sales Eng'r I knew. He offered to give alternative. Rang him following day, (twice Am & PM): in Meetings. Never heard from again. Unable to contact Lady who originally dealt with me, never available. Emailed to get my credit card refunded, and an acknowledgement. Still waiting. Am now going back through Credit Card company to claim. Will never deal with Anchor again.
