battered but bloody good
Good delivery response.A bit overpowered for the job but better than underpowered. At present its driving 2 large commercial sprinklers and a hose pipe, but will probably do twice that, easy. Body work several dents but only superficial. Need to find a timer switch for it (exterior). Float switch useless in a Butt system as it wont give it time to refill, so I need a timer switch-box any suggestions.

Good value and quick service.
My old Grunfos CH pump started making unpleasant noises so I checked online for a competitively priced replacement. Anchor Pumps looked pretty good value, so I ordered on Saturday, standard delivery and it arrived on Tuesday. Not only that, but the delivery company gave me a one hour delivery time slot which they met. Well done Anchor Pumps, and the central heating is running quietly now!

Great product and delivery but returns are expensive and difficult.
Managed to end up with a 15mm Surrey Flange instead of a 22mm. Thought I'd clicked the 22 but probably cocked it up. The confirmation email said 15mm anyway so my bad. Trouble is that by the time I'd paid postage to return the part and a 20% "restocking fee", it was not worth it. Especially as the T&C said I would have to obtain agreement in writing before I could return anything. Cheap 15mm Surrey Flange on ebay if you're interested!

They know their pumps!
After a very informative discussion about a Grundfoss secondary hot water circulator with full electronic intelligent control. once bought it arrived extremely fast and when he saw it, my plumber, who at first had been sceptical, actually asked for more details about it as he thought it might appeal to others of his customers.
Seems like the perfect solution to problems associated with this application - time will tell, but apparently no-one has sent one back yet!
Forgot to say...Anchor Pumps were GREAT on price as well as service!

Best price and free delivery
Anchor pumps were on their own in pricing Grundfoss shower pumps.
Helpful and straightforward on the phone - I had a clunk in the sales interface so had to check that order had been processed - which it had.
Was told order would be dispatched that day, which it was, and came the following day with DPD's excellent online delivery notification system in operation.
Product is fault free.
Definitely my first port of call for any sort of pump, give em a try

No Hassle Float Switch Purchase
Needed to replace a twenty year old Stuart Turner float switch to prevent my garden pond emptying in the event of a pipe fracture or other catastrophe. Anchor Pumps came up with an identical replacement and promptly despatched it - just waiting for the weather now so that I can fit the new switch!

It all worked, but off-hand attitude of staff
I needed to buy some spare parts for a Grundfos pump and contacted Anchor by telephone. The call was answered quickly, however, the person on the other end of the line was not interested in helping and simply told me to look on the internet. I am sure that they answer a lot of calls each day - but a little politeness and enthusiasm would go a long why when you are being ripped-off £30 + p & p + VAT for a bit of bent plastic!

Absolutely shambolic! Totally disorganised and unresponsive.
Bought and paid for shower pump Thursday 29/3 before Bank Holiday weekend.
Received confirmation and order number via email as expected and was advised would receive courier and tracking details when despatched.
Rang Anchor Pumps 5pm Wednesday 3rd/4 as no despatch details yet received and spoke to Gary Gardner whom confirmed order seemed to be lost in the system and he would call me back today Thursday 4th/4.
Needless to say still no contact from Anchor or Gary Gardener as of 2pm.
Rang Anchor and once I informed so called Customer Service of my problem I was put through to automated service to be told sorry no one available at this time please leave a message!
Not the service you would expect from a company that boasts it has a policy of putting the customer first!!
I most definately WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company.
THE ONLY REASON I HAVE PUT ONE STAR IS BECAUSE SITE WOULD NOT LIST WITH NO STARS!

Our engineer for our Rayburn told us that our pump had gone and going to our local shop to get one but we were told they were obsolete so I went on the web and found your site which still had the old type pump for half the price that I was quoted. The Very Best no need to Search the Rest
(Sorry for delay computer down) An exelent first class service in All departments. Great advice first time around I still wasent quite shure of things Then I would like to thank Warren he explained everything over a few times on a saturday morning to me also sorted another pump I liked better plus the correct flange also the courrier to drop new pump and pick up the first unused pump. My choice to change pumps so I paid return post Very Reasonable and Anchor paid the second delivery. An Exellent Service and All the staff I dealt with were Great Many Thanks to All of you and will recomend to all who ask Andy H

Fantastic advice from the sales team

Not Empressed
The item was delvered to to invoice address not the delivery address. Phoned up to complaim and was told someone would ring me back. No phone call back. Complained to delivery company, told to speak to sender.
Overall a bad experience.
I would like my money back for the delivery charges.
Also I was told on the day of ordering that you could not deliver next day because I had missed the deliver van. Fair coment. The pump turned up the next day !?
