They also send me the wrong device. I had to send it back promising me they would pay the transport cost. This was after an 32 email long communication! And I was courteous all the time.
After 4 weeks the replacement arrived with an UK adapter,also the device was used! They say that they do not sell EU adapters, but I paid for one on there site and the previous device had one!
Now I had to pay 22€ import again + 41 € transport cost, and they refuse to reimburse this!! They will not even send me the adapter. My God, what is wrong with these people!!
I do IT work for an Telecom company here, and we where considering of buying through these people. Well that is not going to happen.
These people suck big time!
We ordered two devices for prospecting. They send them out, but only one arrived. The one that did arrive was an wrong one.
They 'suggested' to send it back, but we would have to pay for it our selfs. We also have to pay for customs again. Now really.
One of the guy's responsible for one of the devices said he never had such a bad experience with an company as this one.
For those who have received there devices, good for you. Hopefully you will not have an problem with it in the future.
In any case, we will not be doing business with these people again, nor we we be suggesting them to our customers. Au contraire.
I had a bad start when the item was out of stock also the availability was promised via forum before.
Support (Bonny) was quit helpful. Fast answers and no false excuses. Shipping was ok and the item actually arrived quite fast after the initial shipping delay . Box missed the EU charger, but this was immediately refunded when i mentioned it. Overall above average customer support and reliability for a Chinese seller. Be aware that my experience is based on one order only till now.
Im Großen und Ganzen ok. Werde wieder dort bestellen wenn es sich ergibt. Positiv ist die schnelle Reaktion bei Anfragen (Bonny) und die Reaktion auf Probleme. Kundensupport und Vertrauenswürdigkeit sehe ich für einen chinesischen Händler über dem Durschnitt. Demnach kann ich mir gut vorstellen, wieder dort zu bestellen.

The good: I received 2 tablets in 6 days to UK via expedited delivery
The bad: Their online account system didn't show status of order. It still says 'processing' now. I had to chase them to get tracking number.
There was no optimised packing I paid for - they were just wrapped in bubble wrap. For the Ainol Paladin I ordered black and received white. After querying the packing and wrong colour delivered they said sorry and said they delivered anyway even though white costs more than black. Ummm.
Also, the reviews below are too glowing and I wonder who wrote them?
I placed an order last thursday and I emailed. With the time difference they would send me an email at 6:35 from China's time zone then go home for the day and when I responded I would not hear back until the next calendar day. This caused a delay in my product and the fact that they did not have what I ordered instock also caused a delay so I upgraded to another device hoping for expedited shipping of an instock item, no such luck and because it was Friday night in china my thursday morning I did not here back from them until my monday morning. If I get my package in the near future I will ad a positive response to this page but as it stands I am a little unsatisfied.
