Would recommend to anyone.
I always search the web for good value for money of everything especially branded items. So i am the same when it comes to my dog's food, worming or flea treatment's. Even though i search the web i always buy from Animed Direct as they are a couple of £'s cheaper each item than other site's for the same product. As the saying goes "why pay more" and they delver FREE and always within a couple of days of purchase. I would recommend Animed to anyone.

Great prices but express delivery not very express!!
I chose Animed direct as the price was great but saw that the free delivery was 2nd class. As I wanted the item quickly I chose their express delivery at an extra £3.95.
I ordered Thursday morning online but then didn't receive my "express" parcel until Tues pm. Surely its not beyond the wit of man to do better than this, even 1st class snail mail is faster. Come on Animed, you are hurting your business with the slow "express"............lots of other comments like this already!!

Quick, cheap, no hassels
Ordered Dog Rocks as found they were really expensive in shops. Price was excellent and happy not to have to pay delivery. Order arrived a few days later and was satisfied with product.

PURRFECTLY PURRFECT!
Really fast response to my order and free courier delivery. And they had the best price for Feliway refills I could find online plus I got an extra 5% off this time with the Spring offer.
With 5 cats to keep happy indoors (potentially all year round given the great British Summer, Ha Ha) I get through a lot of Feliway so I took the opportunity to replenish the reserves!!

I placed an order for a glucosamine supplement on Sunday evening - I buy one year's supply at a time - particularly when the cost is so competitive. I then belatedly remembered that I had not asked for them to ensure that the product was long-dated so needed that it would last a year, so a few hours later (out of office hours) sent them an E-Mail asking them to check.
I received a response on Monday morning to tell me that they only had product dated until May 2014, and as I needed to use it until June, that would mean that the last product would have been technically out of date. TBH, I am not too worried about these Best Before dates, but their Customer Services team voluntarily suggested that they would reduce the order accordingly to 10 months' supply, and refund the difference.
I E-Mailed by return that I agreed it was a good idea, and that was it - done! Refund made promptly, and reduced quantity of goods arrived 2 days later.
Very impressed! Nice to have responsive Customer Service - particularly when it was two different people who handled my E-Mails, and both understood the issue and how to resolve it without extensive repeating of the problem.

Totally Chillaxing!
We bought Adaptil defuser. This is a fantastic product! Our rescue Staffie was a little stressed and confused at his new home but the Adaptil has helped him chill out and enjoy his new home & toys. The speed of delivery was most impressive! Easy to use and understand site, easy to pay, you can set up an automatic refill order. Cannot rate this highly enough!

As always, a very good retailer who provides products at very competitive prices and with free delivery, over a certain amount.
I do feel however that there could be slightly better communication with regards to the delivery etc. Often, only after I send an email to the company do I get a delivery / despatch date etc.
