If the email sent to remind me about renewal had been a little more informative and the links taken me to the right places I probably could have renewed on line without phoning up, as it was the staff weed excellent and helpful.

I was looking for an alternative to the company I previously had an annual cover policy with. They wanted to increase their premium by an unacceptable percentage amount. I looked for similar cover with another company via the internet. Your company fitted the bill. BUT the proof of how good you really are will come when you have to deal with any claim I may have to make. Lets hope that test doesnt have to be made.
