I got my full bathroom from aquabliss for a ridiculous price, I called up and spoke to a gentleman called Thomas who was very knowledgeable and to a certain extent helped me plan my bathroom, he went through numerous options with me, I must have kept the poor chap on the phone for 30 minutes but he was helpful and chatty throughout. When the stuff arrived it came in good time, the cistern lid was damaged and I didn't notice on delivery but after sending and image via email someone sorted this out and I had a new cistern lid with me within a couple of days. All in all a brilliant company with good products.
I have been in dispute with Aquabliss since mid October 2012, over a shower tray which arrived damaged/faulty. The MD in person refuses to send someone to inspect it, saying I must pay the postage to return it (40kg). This is not in line with consumer law. So far he has refused Mastercard's Chargeback approach, and the matter is now with the Financial Ombudsman. This is the worst firm I have ever dealt with in my long life.
I ordered bathroom suite, it arrived when it was supposed to. Unfortunately the basin was damaged,I contacted aquabliss and a replacement arrived a couple of days later. I expected a lot more hassle and was pleasantly surprised.
Without sounding like a stooge I cannot sing aquabliss's praises highly enough. We have had excellent service throughout. The staff are informed and empathetic, we had good communications throughout and the end product has surpassed our highest hopes!!
