Easy ordering with quick delivery!
I was given hearings as a birthday gift together with copy of your 2013 brochure. I immediately ordered a matching necklace and intend re-visiting your web site in the near future!

Good service
Very fast delivery service. One of the two boxes I had to make up didn't quite function right. Found the sticker on the necklace's tissue paper a nuisance- had to rip into it to show the other person what I had selected for a joint gift. You don't provide anything to close the boxes with - cellotape just doesn't 'cut it'. Products are fab.

Good quality and service

The item i purchased was perfect.

Very dissapointed!
I godt my bracelet from Antonio Ben Chimol and it was not the color I ordered.
It is useless to me and I shall never buy anything from Argento unless they replace it free of charge.

sorry we got the wrong item to you, it is very unusual for us to make an error like this, but we will certainly replace the item for you. Simply return the incorrect item to us, we will refund any postage cost you incur in returning it to us by standard delivery, and once returned, we will ensure that the correct colour of bracelet gets to you as quickly as possible. Of course the exchange will be free of charge, as we make clear on our website, if we make a mistake, our customers will not loose out.

One of my items were unfortunately out of stock, and one of the staff emailed me to advise me and suggest a refund or another alternative. I found that helpful and a personal touch that you would not get in bigger operations.

Excellent customer service before and after ordering my Pandora products. The responses were immediate, positive and their employees cannot help you enough. I would definitely recommend this Company and will be shopping online here again.
I ordered products on a Friday afternoon and it arrived before noon on Saturday. Outer packaging was lovely and Pandora products all boxed and bowed with a gift bag. Perfect.

Really pretty.

Beautiful ring
