Brought several items from Agrento online. After purchase I was informed 3 out of the 5 were out of stock and therefore dispatched half an order. Arrived in great packaging, with flatten boxes so could be presented as gifts if required.
Order a Thomas Sabo bracelet with a length of 17.5cm, when it arrived it wouldn't fit around my wrist. On measuring I discovered the bracelet was actually only 16cm long. Emailed Agrento and was told that they do not stock this bracelet in a 16cm, that the sizes came up small and that they were difficult to measure. Returned item for exchange for bigger size, with Argento still refusing to accept that this bracelet was a different length than that listed on website - I provided a picture of the bracelet alongside a ruler but they still weren't convinced.
Returned bracelet via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded mail, item received yesterday, telephone today to check progress. Informed that package hasn't been opened yet and the lady was currently working her way through the returns as there was a lot and it should be opened by tomorrow morning - 2 days after item received.
Still waiting to see if I receive the corrected sized bracelet as regardless of the Thomas Sabo sizes, my wrist is the same size and a bracelet that is advertised as being 17.5cm will fit my wrist very comfortably, unlike this one which wouldn't do up!
I must say the people I have spoken to have always been very polite - credit to the company.
I saw a Christmas brooch reduced online from £10 to £3 and immediately ordered it,
Since I was paying postage I decided to look for other items and chose a necklace to include in the sale. Only after being shipped I was sent an email to say the cost of the brooch had been refunded as it was out of stock. I feel I should have been given the option of cancelling the entire order prior to you shipping it as I only chose the necklace to accompany the brooch. I have now had to pay 50% of the cost of the item in postage, which was never my intention. I did phone and complain but was told that was your standard practice. I feel most dissatisfied.
I was extremely disappointed ordering from this website. When I ordered my Innerpower coin pendent necklace the website said that it was all in stock and took the full amount from my account. A week later I received an email saying that the main feature of the necklace was out of stock and they can get it for me, but they will still send the chain and the coin holder. I send them an email asking to please cancel the whole order but they still sent the chain and holder. Usless as there is no coin. They then send no pre paid return stamp in the package for me to send the parcel back.
I did not have a good experience.
As I write this review I have still not received my purschase.Ireceived this via email on the 4th of December / OrderID 240363 Dispatched. I also phoned the help desk to ask if they knew when it would be delivered and I was told it would be sent 2nd class post. Th elate arrival may be the fault of the postal service but I think 1st class would be appropriate .
I may now have to go to my local store in Edinburgh to try and find the item in store if it does not arive today.
Can you tellmeif te Local stores stock the item I am waitng for? the Argento sparkling square ring???
Ordered a couple of pairs of pilgrim earrings as Christmas presents. So much easier to view the selection on the website and make my choice. Both pairs lived up to expectations. Arrived promptly with gift boxes, tissue paper and pilgrim stickers. Free delivery straight to my front door - why would I go to a shop! Brilliant!
I bought a bracelet for a Christmas present, ordered online 4/12 - 7/12 arrived (2nd class post) not sure if its because im a N.Ireland resident but well pleased, lovely Crimbo envelope on the outside, inside was the invoice with a folded down box to put the already tissue wrapped bracelet into - super saved me so much hassle - would recommend 100% :)

Each and every time I have shopped at Argento I have had a fast service with my products in fantastic condition and packaging. I find that the range of products in stock is extensive and that their prices compare or are cheaper than other online shops. They are the first place I would look for Pandora items. Watch out for promotions and the delivery can be free too!
Online shipping is my only option this year. I ordered my daughters Christmas present and it arrived within 48 hours. Beautiful Christmas bubble wrap envelope and boxed charm. I particularly liked the little picture card "packed by".
Definately would shop online again.
I found the website easy to get around & the range of jewellry on offer was impressive. The prices were also reasonable but a week after making two purchases, I still have not received the items so I am not able to review the products themselves. I have had follow up emails that assume I have received my purchases but I am wondering if the delivery options used are unreliable. It may be that soon I will be in a position to review how customer service deal with non-receipt of goods!
I had never heard of Argento. I was desperate for a specific Pandora charm which was out of stock on the site I normally use. I'm glad I've found this site. The packaging of the item was top quality from the Pandora display box (not all sites provide these) to the padded tear resistant envelope. All in all very impressed and I will purchase further gifts from here from now on.
I found the whole process really simple, everything from browsing the website to ordering to the delivering. Everything was simple and easy to use. The delivery time was also great and my orders arrived when I was told they would. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone!
The jewellery was wrapped carefully in a gift box which had a lovely red bow. There was also a bag in the package in case I want to use this to give the gift in. The packing itself was very festive! Thank you!
Looking for pandora for my wife I found Argento on google, never heard of it so did some web checks and was impressed with what I found. Was not disappointed with the range, price and service that I got. Everything was excellent, especially the price and the delivery was 1st class. Willl use them everytime in the future.
Bracelet stated in stock on website was apparently not in stock anywhere when it came to delivery. As the accompanying bracelet also ordered was to match the first order it was all a bit disappointing, especially when it broke on first wearing. A bit of a naff experience.
Was looking for an extra Christmas present for my daughter in New Zealand. So had to be worth posting that far and dynamic. Fitted the bill so well I bought a set for myself (not the same).
