I have purchased a lot of items from Argento in the past with no complaints, Unfortunately the last purchase was a disgrace, the item came in a tatty jiffy bag (not the usual well presented sealed bag) and in the bag was a dinted box with the item in and a complement slip. Usually the items comes in a nice box with a presentation bag so you can give it as a present to someone else but not this time. I emailed a complaint and they said to me that it depends which warehouse the item came from, surely that shouldnt matter they should all be packaged the same way in any case very disappointed.

the item was sent from one of our stores, and we were unable to send the item in the normal sealed envelope (these are sealed by a direct heat transfer process, and we cannot replicate this process in-store due to the machinery involved) but should have been packed with all the correct packaging. My colleague Carol was in touch with you to offer to send further packaging, and we have spoken to the store concerned to ensure that this is addressed.
