Be sure to ask for plain packaging if it's for a present
Wasn't warned my wife's birthday surprise would be ruined by the packaging being plastered in Argento logo. When I complained was told it was my fault for not requesting plain packaging. Thanks for your sympathy Argento.

Hi Aron, sorry that you were disappointed with our packaging. Our images and videos online are clear regarding our packaging, as we do try to make it a "silver letter day" when the order arrives. My colleagues, when responding to your query, certainly were not trying to imply that anything was your fault, but that you can request plain packaging at the basket stage when checking out, by using the customer admin notes. It is never our intention to spoil anyone's present giving, we just try to make it as special as possible.
