I don't think you should ask everyone to register to purchase items. I was buying for my wife. I'd not personally interested in receiving regular updates on new items. Also, the charm I was looking for was unavailable or out of stock which I thought was very strange. Delivery was as promised and to an excellent standard. Regards Terry Quinn

thanks for the review, and you will be happy to know that we are moving to a new website in the next 3-4 weeks, when customers will be able register as a guest to make a purchase, without having to open an account. Currently, this is not available on our existing site. You can opt out of regular marketing updates on new items during the purchase process, simply un-tick the box regarding marketing when entering your account details. We have an legal obligation to ensure our customers have this choice. You can also unsubscribe from marketing by contacting us at email@example.com or by using the link at the bottom of any emails we may send, again giving our customers the choice to unsubscribe from any material we may send. We would live to carry full stock of all items we have on offer, but sometimes due to increased demand, issues with suppliers, or indeed late deliveries, we cannot have 100% availability. Let us know which charm it was you were after, and we will contact you within a matter of hours to confirm if we can get one for you from one of our many stores, or indeed if and when we can have it delivered from our suppliers.
