I am a regular customer in Argento shops but would not rush to use the online service again. Whilst the order was what I wanted, it was delivered to the wrong address and one part of it was missing. I phoned on the Monday (having received the item on the Saturday) to explain the errors and was told that the missing part would be forwarded to the correct address...still waiting...almost two weeks after my phone call!

Hi June, the missing item was posted by 2nd Class delivery on the 17th June, which can take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive. The initial instruction to send your order from one of our stores is where the error on the address occurred, and for this we are very sorry. When you contacted us regarding the missing charm tool free gift, my colleague packed this personally to ensure it went to the correct address, I can only apologise that this has not yet arrived with you. I will have another sent by Recorded Delivery today. Argento
