Sent me 2 different earrings and I'm the one expected to go to a shop to get them changed
I ordered a pair of silver earring and only 1 of them is silver. The other one is a different colour. If i want these exchanged i have to pay to send them back and then pay postage on the new set. The warehouse they get sent back to is near my work and i'm not allowed to drop them there. After they got back to me, 2 days after i emailed, they have told me to go to a shop with them. The whole point of internet shopping was so i didnt have to go to the shop!

We should never have sent a pair of earrings that do not match in colour, and for this I apologise. Argento refund postage costs for returns for items that have a fault, this is clear on our returns form, and our returns policy online. We do not allow visitors to our warehouse operations, unless for business purposes, as it is a very busy environment, with lots of traffic in and out, and therefore our policy is to maintain the safety of our customers, therefore we do not allow visits from the public. We would not expect you to visit a store unless that is something you choose to do, if it is convenient for you to do so.
