I still have not received my goods a simple charm to go on a silver bracelet ! Having contacted them they say I have to wait another 2 weeks and I ordered the item nearly 2 weeks ago. I even paid for special delivery. They say its not their fault and are bound by Royal Mail policy . They say they have no way of tracking it! In my opinion when ordering you put your trust in them organising the delivery. Surely a proof of purchase or tracking can be asked for when delivering. They soon want the extra £3 .30 which I know it is not that much extra to request 1st class delivery

we are really sorry that your order has either been delayed or become lost in the postal system. It is very unusual for this to happen, but when it does, we always ensure that our customers do not loose out. We allow Royal Mail up to 15 working days to deliver (we include Saturdays), and then we will either resend the order or refund your payment. Your postal service you paid for was not special delivery, but 1st Class post, which is not a tracked service, however Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery services do require a signature on delivery, and can be either purchased, or are free, depending upon the value of the order. You chose this service during the checkout process. Over 98% of our orders are delivered within the timescales given on the website, and a very small percentage are delayed, or worse, become lost in the post. Our customer services team gave the date for resolution as the 30th September, and Argento are happy to follow your instructions on this date as how to resolve to your satisfaction.
