Disappointing product but great company
Service was good but was very disappointed with the product. It was not what I expected and it did not look it's price. I will be returning the item. I did however, visit my local Argento store and was delighted with my purchase. It was unfortunate that I could make the exchange there. It has not put me off shopping at Argento but I think in future I will stick to buying from my local store

A perfect gift.
I ordered this for my daughter to mark her brother's wedding. She loved it! It was nice that argento delivered to her home as she lives in edinburgh and it saved hassle having to wrap it and visit p.o. Delighted with their service, again.

Quickly delivered via 2nd class post
lovely packaging shame i had to open the padded silver bubble envelope to check the order would have been lovely to give it packaged like that as the gift, nice little touch was the card instead saying who had packed it.

Beautiful piece.... tad expensive!
When I saw this....I couldn't help but purchase this piece! It is a stunning necklace and in reality is quite large.... which is exactly what I wanted..... and the the delivery was really quick. On the downside.... the diamond like stone in the middle is more aligned to the left and so is not competely symmetrical.... it is also a tad on the expensive side. If your looking for a fab eye-catching piece though, this is brilliant!

I won't use another internet based company for these types of jewellery purchases.

Very good and friendly customer service
The lady i spoke to on the phone was very helpful and friendly when i phoned to make my purchase. As much as i could of done this on online i needed to call to activate my voucher i had received and she offered to take my order of the phone if i wished and it was very simple and fast.
The only negative thing i would say about argento is that a relative purchased a pandora ring for me at Christmas that was too big, I took the ring back in store and they did not have my size so refunded the money onto a gift card. After christmas i forgot about the gift and just by chance came across it again and noticed that it had a 6 months expiry date leaving me with only 4 weeks to purchase or i would lose the money. I think this is a little unfair as most shop vouchers give you at least 12 months and i presumed the same with this.

Exceptional service again. Delivery brilliant and superbly presented.
Couldn't find the right charm for my wife in the shops and didn't have long to get the present so reluctantly ordered it online fearing it would take a long time to arrive. Product came rapidly with standard delivery and it was presented beautifully. I will definitely use Argento again.

Just Simply Perfect!!
This was my first shopping experience with Argento. I had perused their website many a times which I found professional and user friendly.
I placed my order which arrived in 2 days...brilliant. It was delivered in a gorgeous silver shiny bag...very classy!!
My items were lovely and each tastefully wrapped in tissue paper...really lovely.
My only small comment is I purchased a gift box for some earrings and it was rather large which made the earrings look smaller... however that too came with a lovely red ribbon.
I was so impressed with everything. Thank you - you certainly deserve the custom!! :)

Prompt service but packaging not good
Product was lovely but the necklace was sent in a jewellery bag with minimal protection!! Chain so badly knotted when it arrived I almost returned it immediately.

sorry that you were disappointed with how your delivery was packaged. We always ensure that chains are straight and unknotted when packed for delivery, please accept our apologies that it was not in this condition when it arrived with you. Throughout the delivery process with Royal Mail, the envelope will be handled manually and through sorting machinery, and this can agitate the contents. I will speak to the packing team to see if there is another way of packing our chains, to ensure that they do not become knotted. Thanks for the review, without them, we cannot always know where we are going wrong, and appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

Quick & efficent service

perfect pandora products.
I was very happy with the service I received from Argento in my recent purchase of a beautiful hedehog charm from Pandora. Their service is quick and easy. I have used them before when purchasing Nomination charms and fully intend to use them again. Always been happy before but wrong size sent
I have ordered many times before from Argento and always been extremely happy with the goods and speed of service.
Speed of service was no different this time but one of the items ordered was a pandora bracelet for a gift and the wrong size was sent which has been inconvenient.
Would not put me off shopping with Argento again though.

simply return the item to us and we will refund any postage costs you incur. I have ensured that we have checked each stock location for Pandora bracelets to confirm the correct sizes are stored in the correct location, and nothing untoward has surfaced. This could simply be a picking error, and for that we are really sorry, especially if it has inconvenienced you. Can you email us at customerservices@argento.co.uk with the actual size you received? Remember to measure the length of the whole bracelet, including the clasp.

arrived just 2 days after ordering
It was very well presented in a silver bubble wrap parcel with the item boxed inside a further carry bag. All I had to do was to give it to my wife for her birthday. She was very pleased!

Honest trader, good value
