I had a problem with my fridge and the ASD website looked good and local so I arranged a visit from their engineer. All well so far. However, he arrived much later than agreed and said he knew what the problem was and would arrange for it to be fixed. He took my money and disappeared. Days later I telephoned the company and left a message requesting an update. No reply and I was forced to go to another company. In short they sound good but are of little use, best avoided.
