I had an electrical fault in my house. I call to have an appointment at 18:00 which was not possible so i took the first schedule available at 20:00 .
The guy was late , he cames at 21:00. The company was not ashamed to charge me a "Late night rates" for £144 to my debit card. The electrician stayed no more than 10 mn for £144, this is equivalent to £864 per hour... nice business isn't it ? The electrical fault was just a loose cable to reconnect.
The last time we had exactly the same problem but an other company charge me only £70 which was a fair price i guess.
I would not recommend this company unless you like to waste your money.

I was concerned about the outcome when Greg arrived because a similar company had already said that they couldn't fix our patio door which was stuck in the locked position due to a faulty runner. We thought we were going to have to replace the whole thing! But Greg quickly summed up the situation, opened the door without forcing it and fixed the runner without having to replace it. Thank you
Booked an engineer to replace flue on boiler.
Wasn't able to replace as I was sent the wrong part but was helpful, polite and professional. Will re-book an appointment when the new flue part arrives.
I know I can rely on Aspect for all my household work and don't hesitate to call when something needs fixing. They are always on time and friendly which is a bonus to the good work they do.
Just wanted to write and say thank you so much for the amazingly efficient, friendly and thorough work from your engineer today when I suddenly found myself without heating and hot water (just in time for the cold weather ...!). He really went the extra mile, not only checking, fixing and servicing my boiler but also replacing a radiator in another room which had been left off the wall by some builders recently (and which had contributed to the issue with my boiler.) Rescued domestically (yet again...) by Aspect.co.uk - I have recommended you to absolutely everyone who will listen. Thank you!
I used Aspect Maintenance to fix some wall sconces that had stopped working. From beginning to end Aspect provided a seamless and friendly and professional service. I was able to make an appointment online, with a good choice of dates and times and without the need to wait too long. The engineer was fantastic, immediately spotting the problem and how to fix it. And it was all solved within half an hour. Amazing!
Went through the nasty experience of being broken into - came home to find bottom floor window smashed and various electricals nicked. Police were great and so were Aspect. We have used them before quite a bit for plumbing, boiler, electrics but didn't realise they had glaziers as well. Called at 10pm and someone was with us by 11.15 to board up the window and he then returned the next morning with the right glass and also replaced the lock and fitted a couple of others. Wasn't as expensive as I thought it might be at that time of night and fortunately covered on our insurance which eases the pain. Thanks very much to Jerry and the call centre people for understanding what a horrible experience it is and helping me to get it sorted.
One of the few companies I could find who would do a pre purchase roof inspection of a property I am looking to buy. Was totally happy with the way they liaised with the seller and the report was fab, although there was an issue with getting the photos through to me as the files were too large. Got it sorted in the end, but that's my reason for 4 not 5 stars.
Having been through two other companies and effectively been told to p*** o** by that lot from Pimlico when I said I wouldn't keep paying them to fail to fix my boiler, I found this lot through an internet search. They got someone to me that day who looked at what had been done previously (some of which he said was right and was part of the problem, but some was apparently completely pointless - letter on it's way to Pimlico followed by Small Claims if they don't refund some of it) and worked out what was causing the issue (we had hot water on off for months, and more off than on). Happily 2 hours later and a trip to the suppliers round the corner and we were back up and running. We are only 3 weeks down the line so I just hope it stays that way.
I have just had a bathroom installed by aspect.co.uk and found them hugely impressive from start to finish. We were recommended to them by a friend so called to book in an estimate and found the people in the call centre both pleasant and knowledgeable. The chap came round a couple of days later and talked us through our options and made a number of suggestions that some of which we liked and went with and some were beyond our budget so we made that clear. Our estimate arrived 2 hours after he walked out the door! Apparently his notes are sent electronically back to a team in the office who then turn it into a formal quote which is emailed to us along with a brochure and some suggestions on fixtures and fittings. We went back with a few questions that were quickly answered so we accepted and booked them in to start the following Monday. 10 days later I was standing in my super plush bathroom and couldn't be happier. I am not usually one to spend time leaving reviews, but these guys deserved it (the link was sent to me as part of the invoicing process - they even made the review part straightforward!).
Having taken an afternoon off work, I first had an electrician cancel for the 3-5 slot (although I had to phone them to find out - they'd got my mobile number wrong). I was offered a new slot between 7-9 at in-hours rates because of the mobile number error - which was then cancelled as well.
Absolutely awful. Waste of time and a waste of an afternoon's holiday from work - so a waste of money too. I'm going to post this to as many review sites as possible as this company is simply dreadful.
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY HOW HELPFUL ASPECT WERE. THEY CAME IN AT 6.00PM AND BY 7.00PM MY 32AMP FUSE BOX WAS INSTALLED AND READY TO USE. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Still Waiting for the third engineer visit to resolve this ongoing problem. However ALL helpful staff from call out centre, to Harry in accounts and Jeff the Gas Engineer have gone out of their way to help us with this recurring problem.
Give them a call if you need something done - they are worth it.
Its good to get trusted professional handy man. however the booking time drug in to evening as the handy man couldn't turn up on the appointment time and get charge on evening rate which is not fare at all. that all what I am not happy except I am satisfied with the job.
I have used this company for several years from time to time. Most of the work force is Australian/New Zealand with outstanding work ethics. Each time I've used them their standard has always been the best. They are slightly expensive but as with all things you get what you pay for. I know that when I call them out it stays fixed. Not just that, when they notice something they tell me, how much time it will take and how it would improve the situation. No pressure, just honest information. Each time this has happened, the work quality is 5 * and prevents potential future problems. Well worth the money.
I needed my hallway painted so I rang aspect 2 weeks ago and the next day a decorating estimator came round, he was so helpful and advised me about colours and how to make my hallway fell bigger, Then 1 week later we booked the painting in, James was brilliant he has done such a good job, every day he cleaned up and hovered up. In January we are now getting the rest of are house painted.

I would like to know why have l not received 10 per cent discount when l mentioned this over the phone before the job was done here and my email is being ignored. In the past l have not received any discount.

3 weeks after Aspect failed to turn up for the first appointment (personal emergency apparently ) i am still waiting for my work to be done after a further 3 appointments have been made and then cancelled by those good old boys at aspect. As they charge the customer £60 per missed appointment i wonder if i am going to be offered the same amount of compensation for the mornings i have booked off work in the hope they may actually turn up. Very frustrating and surprisingly i wont be recommending them to any of my friends.
The fusebox burnt out so the property was left with no power. Rowan attended, diagnosed the problem, and in the space of a few hours changed the fusebox and got the power back on thus no loss of power overnight. Quick, efficient and with no hassle.
I called Aspect.co.uk to check and repair my boiler which the pressure kept falling. The engineer attended and visual checked the boiler for half an hour. He left, then I received an email that I need to remove boxing to give access to VPR which seems faulty. Next day they charged my card for £202! It mentions £85 for one hour plus £ 85 for material plus VAT.
I called the accounting department several times to clarify why they charged me for material whilst the engineer just had a visual check and they promised to come back to me which never happened.
I still have the same problem with the boiler and lost £202 just to receive an email that my boiler has a fault!
It is just a ripp off. They get the details of your card at the first place and then charge you whatever they want!
The aspect glazier (Paul) came on time and when he arrived he took his shoes off without being asked - very thoughtful.
I was concerned about the glass being replaced in my window as the whole room has just been decorated. However, Paul was able to replaceme the glad with minimal damage and I was very pleased with the end result.
A vet good job indeed!
Despite the slick website and 24 hr call centre, I found Aspect to be a complete waste of time.
I needed a gas engineer to come out to fix our boiler. An appointment was made for the following morning. I had arranged for a friend to be in when the engineer arrived. The engineer never arrived. I called Aspect for an explanation, and was told the job had already been done (which was impossible as the house was locked). Aspect said the job had been cancelled, but couldn't tell me by whom or why. As I had no hot water or heating I rearranged with Aspect for the engineer to visit that evening between 7 and 9. I was contacted by Aspect at 9 to say he was running late. At this point I gave up with them. I demanded an apology and am still waiting.
Cristian did a great job of the bathroom, he was always clean, tidy and on time! Wouldn't hesitate to use aspect.co.uk again.
We booked a reactive visit from a handyman/general builder.
Whilst the engineer was here, my wife and myself unfortunately went down with a severe tummy bug etc., which we explained to Adam, who said not to worry, and we left him to get on with the job.
On completion we found that he had put the old screen and all the other bits etc., neatly in our garage, he found our hoover, and hooved up in the bathroom.

An engineer with a can do attitude while also able to explain the situation and how best to resolve in a manner that we were able to understand. Was a pleasure and would recommend your services.
Each time I've used Aspect (for both emergency and regular plumbing work) they've turned up on time, explained to me what they're doing and done the job well. They may not work out quite the cheapest option but they're reliable and trustworthy.
I called Aspect to install a gas fire for me. I had no idea what other things I would need complete the job. I spoke to a sales agent when booking and was not told about the problems arising when changing an old gas fire to a new one. An engineer came out and spent 15 minutes looking through the instructions and then declared he couldn't do the job as I didn't have a hearth. I had no idea what a hearth was but this hearth could have been easily put in after the fire installation.
I was left with some advice saying get a hearth installed and I'll come back. I paid £102 for a 20 minute consultation and if they couldn't complete a job for something I should have been told about then it is a rip off. A minimum of one hour call out charge should be illegal.
Rubbish service, rubbish people, as usual just looking to rip off vulnerable people. VULTURES!
I book a meeting at 8am and no body turn up at 9am. I call the customer service and they said ETA is 9am and the phone call cut out 4 times which I have to call back. I ask the customer service what if I need to cancel the service as I can not wait forever she said i have to pay penalty.
The engineer arrived about 9:40, he then said because there is a bar so he will have to take out the windows otherwise it will take him a long time. It will cost me 40% more. I asked what if I dont want to get it fixed then I still have to pay for penalty. I end up just get my window repair but never ever will use this company again.

If I could give 0 stars, that would be too many. Not only did Aspect not do the promised work, they actually made my day far worse than if I had never contacted them.
To begin, the engineer had been sent from the diametrically opposite side of London and so was 3 hours late. Despite email confirmation well in advance that he would be arriving with certain parts (re-verified by Aspect's own review of the relevant call records), he was never told this and had nothing, so absolutely no work could be done. This was entirely the fault of the Aspect booking team and call centre.
Aspect's call centre staff and management took no responsibility for this total shambles and waste of my entire day off work, offering at most a 10% discount when the intelligent response would have been an offer to do the work for free at my convenience to retain even the semblance of goodwill.
Despite promises of a call from senior management, the first further contact I have had since Monday 15 July is a request for feedback yesterday, 19 September. So here it is, and on their website too (where of course it will not be published).
All in all, atrocious work from Aspect, and I shall not be shy in saying so to family, friends and the thousands of people that work in my office.
By way of contrast, [external reference] were on time, professional, friendly, followed the agreed work plan, helpfully suggested a couple of cheap and effective fixes for unrelated issues and charged considerably less. They deserve your business.

Aspect send a roofer out to my house to fix a leak in torrential rain within two hours of the call. The guy was at mine for just one hour and in that time, managed to access a very difficult area, and fixed a few broken tiles, all in torrential rain. A real "can-do" approach and a nice guy.
I would definitely use them again for roofing, and would also be tempted to use for other services they offer based on my experience.
I was also pleasantly surprised at the cost which I thought quite reasonable.

I called Aspect yesterday as my boiler had died and i had no hot water whatsoever.
They managed to come quite quickly, within 4-5 hours from my call. The guy was really friendly but he begun to unscrew the boiler and he found out straight away that the fun wasnt working. It took him litterally 15 minutes. Than another 20 minutes to call around and give me a quote for the job Roughly £200 included VAT as the job would last 1 hour and the fan would cost rounf £100. Tot 35 minutes at my flat and he got lost.

I got a quote of £238.60 plus VAT from the head office when the engineer told me roughly "£200 included vat" and here I thought, If they cant be bothered to talk to eachother just to pretend they are actually not scamming people. Why would I be their customer?
Thats just silly, if they actually talked to eachother and they gave me a quote similar to the one the engineer gave me, I would have probaly gone for it without blinking. Instead, you are just unprofessional and unorganized and i had to have a second opinion.
This other engineerI had today didnt charge me for the first visit and he gave me a quote of raughly £160 so , even though i have wasted £100 to the engineer from ASPECTs for the first visit. In the end My bill will be £260 which is £100 cheaper than your quote.
Keep up the good job guys, I wish you all the best of luck in finding brand new people to scam.
