Richard came to look at our boiler and got our hot water working again. He explained what e thought the problem was likely to be and how he intended to fix it. Having got to the bottom of it he then used the remainder of the hour to check over the system and bleed a few radiators as he said we might as well use the full hour of his time as that is what we were paying for. Having had some bad experiences elsewhere, I was more than happy and will be using Aspect again.
