We had the Aspect guys in our property 3 times over the last 10 days to detect the source of a leak in our apartment. In fairness I have to say the plumber they sent was nice and tried hard to help up, but I was completely disappointed with the way the company handled the problem, only looking to get more money from us. After a first visit when the leak was not detected, they suggested to send over two people (for double the cost of course). During the second visit again a solution was not found, but by the time the workers left my property I was charged 500 pounds. The days after they were keen in getting in contact with me to offer their help with other issues I had at my property and when I asked them to come and have a look at our apartment as the leak was still there, they sent a plumber and charged me for it, despite me telling them clearly I didn't want anyone at my property if they were to charge me. I am now still waiting for someone of the company to call me back regarding my complaint. My experience was this company is only after getting the money, not building a good client base with good costumer care and service.

I’m sorry that you feel disappointed with our service on this occasion. Our plumber did his best to fix the problem on the first visit but he required a handyman to expose the water supplies for access. With both engineers present they used a dye test to find the leak in your shower.
On the third call out we advised that Thames Water be contacted as there was a secondary leak that could be from another property. We didn’t charge for this visit as a gesture of goodwill. I hope you understand that our engineers did everything they could to get this fixed and they weren’t only after your money.
