This is a first and last time I will use aspect. Dont use this company
I book a meeting at 8am and no body turn up at 9am. I call the customer service and they said ETA is 9am and the phone call cut out 4 times which I have to call back. I ask the customer service what if I need to cancel the service as I can not wait forever she said i have to pay penalty.
The engineer arrived about 9:40, he then said because there is a bar so he will have to take out the windows otherwise it will take him a long time. It will cost me 40% more. I asked what if I dont want to get it fixed then I still have to pay for penalty. I end up just get my window repair but never ever will use this company again.

It is often difficult to accurately estimate the time a job takes, so we use timeslots to be as accurate as possible to our customers. Similarly, if jobs are cancelled last minute we are forced to charge a small fee because the engineers' time will not be able to be reallocated.
