WAS SENT A PAIR OF BOOT FROM ASPECTO ONLINE.GOT THEM IN GOOD TIME,TRIED THEM ON AND FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE THE SAME BOOTS ONLY ONE HAD BEEN SCUFFED ON THE SOLE AND WAS A BIT DULLER THAT THE OTHER.TOOK THE BACK TO THE SHOP IN GLASGOW ,WERE THEY AGREED WITH ME AND SORTED OUT A REFUND.THEY COULDNT GET ANOTHER PAIR AS THEY HAD NONE IN STOCK.VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING A SMART PAIR OF BOOTS.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to Trustpilot but when we receive such a poor review the case is passed back to me for investigation.
I have checked this order which was placed after hours on 7 May and the goods shipped on 8 May to be delivered on 9 May. The goods were recalled from our Sheffield store and had been tried on in the store previously by another customer. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with some scuffing on the sole which had occured when the goods had been tried on but Aspecto do not guarantee that shoes will never have been out of the shoe box.
A customer can return goods for refund, whatever the reason, and your goods were refunded to your card on 15 May. The goods which you returned have gone straight back into shop stock. Colin, who handled this matter, and our Area Manager have both examined these boots and confirm that there is no discrepancy with the uppers.
The review structure is in place so we can investigate complaints and alter procedures where necessary but in this instance whilst I am sorry you were disappointed I do feel we couldn't have done much to improved our service. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

I ordered a jacket which turned out to be too thin. I returned it and ordered a different jacket to replace it. In each case delivery was extremely speedy (within 24) and my refund was processed with speed and efficiency. A minor problem I had over refund of postage was also put right immediately.
Aspecto offer great customer service in my opinion and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
we have bought a few items from aspecto before online and in store and each time have been helpful / easy to deal with.
i would reccommend aspecto to anyone and will purchase further items again ..

Aspecto are retailers of branded goods which are sold to us for retail with an RRP (recommended retail price). Many of the brands insist we adhere to their pricing policies and failure to do so may mean none supply in future seasons.
With regard to promos; provided you have not unsubscribed to our newletters then you will always be notified by email of the special offers and promotions available at any given time. We are currently offering free delivery on UK orders over £75 and from tomorrow (11/5/12) certain Gant products will be at a mid season discount.

I had a fault with one of my goods purchased ( which i believed to be a manafacturing fault) and sent it back as requested, within no time at all i received my replacement and postage refund, really impressed. Would highly recommend!!

Great service and fast delivery as always. My only complaint is one of the products not the same colour as on website and not even the colour stated on the website, it should be red but more pink. A bit disappointed also at the return policy that the item has to be sent back and I could wait 30 days for a refund.

Thank you for taking the time out to complete a Trustpilot review. I have had a look at the red Money hoody which you purchased and our buyers called it red as they felt that was the colour spectrum best suited to this piece when it was purchased. I have checked the image on our website and it is a 'true' image of the garment but I do know that colour quality on screen can vary according to the browser and screen resolution being used to view the image.
With regard to our refund policy the invoice and terms and conditions state 'Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours and aim to process a refund as quickly as possible but retain the right to refund up to 30 days following the return of your goods'. I don't believe anyone has ever waited any longer than a day with a standard return to have their account refunded.
Provided your goods are received back within the 14 day time frame and are in their original condition they will be refunded as soon as possible upon receipt.

always nervous about using a company i havent heard of, ordered a barbour coat which came swiftly but unfortunately too big, reordered another style in smaller size, still too big, returned both coats and they were refunded the same day they were recieved back with aspecto, not like some mail order companies who take forever to refund your money, finally got my coat that fits perfect and will defnitely recommened and use again 5* service

Very quick shipping. My product did have a slight fault with it, but the return and exchange was so quick and easy, was no bother to them at all. Returned the item on the Tuesday, had a new one delivered to me by the Thursday. Very pleased with their service!

Item was delivered within 24hours as advertised. I needed to check with Aspecto customer servcies that they had the correct delivery address as the confirmation email had some information missing but they promptly confirmed they had the correct details via return email. The item was new in stock and not available in the shops yet so I was impressed on the quick delivery. Overall no complaints - will use again.
i bought a new jacket and as i tried it for size a press stud came off the hood as i undid it,whoops!! Even though they could of said i was heavy handed(possibly) i returned the jacket and they exchanged it for a new one and i had a new jacket within in 3 days since i returned it,first class customer service!! They even refunded my postage costs!!

I've purchased several items and the majority of the time I've received my items in good time and been impressed with the speed of the delivery.
My criticism has been when there has been an issue with the order. There was a delay in an item when it had to be recalled from a store . It would have been good if it's been offered a good will compensation (i.g. 15% off my next order etc) I complained at the time and was reimbursed 5% but without much apology.

Thank you for responding to our Trustpilot request for review. I have now been back into our files to check what happened with your order.
You placed your order on 1 March 2012 for a Penfield jacket in a medium and the last one in the business was located in our Liverpool store. Unfortunately our Liverpool store only gets a visit from our van once per week, on a Wednesday, so the goods you ordered would not have come back into our warehouse until late afternoon on 7 March 2012 and as a consequence shipped to you on 8 March.
An email was sent to you on 2 March at 1351hrs apologising for the delay and advising of the situation . We received a further email from you asking, if in the light of the delay,we would could offer any discount and my colleague responded offering 5% which was refunded to your card.
In the light of your comments I will review our policy with regard to using our Liverpool store for webstore stock as it is the only branch where we can not manage a rapid turnaround and it may be better if stock in that branch did not appear on the web to avoid issues such as the one you experienced.
