Telephoned them on Wednesday 12th December to enquire about a screen, they confirmed the it was in stock and that if I ordered ti it would be despatched on Thursday, 13th, for delivery to me on Friday 14th.
It did not arrive, so I rang them on Monday 17th, they blamed courier delays. After other phone calls eventually on Wednesday 19th they came up with a consignment number. I received the item on Thursday 20th, documentation showed that it was only despatched on the 19th.
I had to ensure that somebody was on hand to receive the screen for a period of five days, which was a total waste of time because it had not even been handed to the courier until the 19th. I have raised this with them and no apology has been given.
