I ordered a camera from this company, they took the £310 on the 5 May and I still have not received my order. They answered one e mail after a month saying that the shipping had been held up. Now they will not answer any e mail, their website is 'under construction', and I have since read reveiws about them being a scam!
I have placed an order for Quickbooks Pro 2012, on what appeared to be a legitimate UK based website. Despite taking my money they have not shipped the goods several weeks later. The payment details seem to indicate that it is actually a Hong Kong based company. Their website now appears to be "under construction". AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This company is a scam. I ordered a camera on 4th June and have absolutely nothing back from them. I have tried to telephone them (in Hong Kong) and the main number is unobtainable, and the alternate number just rings out. They do not reply to emails. I have lost £200. I am hoping that the credit card company I used can get my money back for me.

I ordered a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX200V 18.2 MP Exmor R CMOS Digital Camera with 30x Optical Zoom and 3.0-inch LCD (Black) (New Model) in june 15. I have sent to them about 7 emails but they haven't reply to me (yet or never) I have paid with a debit card so I don't think I will get a refund or If I will receive my goods. is a scam. please stay away from this company. -0 stars if were possible.
This place is an utter shambles. Do yourself a favour; don't be lured in by the low prices because you're just in for a world of pain.
I purchased a camera and paid with PayPal. Several weeks later and still without my camera, and with the birthday for which it was bought long since passed, I asked for a refund to which the seller agreed.
A further month later and I still have neither my refund or my item. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal to recover my money.
One star! That really over-rates my review of Awooza. Why dont they allow a 0 star rating!
Ordered a GoPro Helmet Camera back in early March and after about 10 days hearing nothing I questioned Awooza about my item. They told me of delays and promised delivery in a further 2-3 weeks. When that deadline passed with nothing further from them I was forced to contact them again.
This time they could not give me any revised delivery date and so after a little more time waiting I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment.
The cancellation occured almost immediately but nothing came back into my PayPal account after another week or 10 days.
Again I contacted them and was advised that the refund had already been processed through PayPal and that it normally took a few days.
By this time I was very close to the 45 day period which PayPal gives you to lodge a formal complaint and finding Awooza to be far from reliable in their earlier advice I escalated the issue through PayPal.
I figured that if Awooza were true to their word and the refund was already with PayPal then there would be nothing simpler to resolve as the money would find its way back to me in a day or so and my complaint could be dropped.
Ten days later there has been no refund through PayPal and it would appear my instinct to escalate through PayPal's complaint process rather than to trust Awooza's comment has proved justified.
I reiterate the comments elsewhere in this and other reviews - much better to simply buy from a UK-based retailer with a better reputation.
ordered and paid the £20 shipping thinking it would be quick delivery. 2 weeks later nothing so i emailed them and never heard back in a week. had to cancel the payment with my credit card company. loads of bad reviews. they need to be shut down
No response. Loads of negative reviews about mis-conduct (should have read those first). Present themselves as a UK based company but they're in Hong Kond.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Don't be tempted by the slightly cheaper prices and risk being ripped off.
I had to end my dealings with this web site through PayPal's resolution centre.
I got a full refund within 4 hours.
Awooza are not a UK company as the web site looks they are based out of Hong Kong.
Also they do not reply to emails, ever.
Please, please do not be tempted my cheaper deals they can not be trusted.
I placed an order a week ago and they just cancelled my order for no reason and refunded my money.
So they have accepted my order, taken my money, kept me waiting for a week and I guess decided to raise their price on the website and cancelled my order.
They are still accepting new orders on their website for the item, just at a higher price - this is an illegal and shady practice and they have wasted a week of my time which means I won't get this item any time soon because it's too close to Xmas now.
