Really nice website with excellent savings on products I love!
On search for websites that sold Elemis and Jane Iredale products, I came across Beauty Time Therapies. Not only were the products I liked at better prices, I was able to collect points and use points to get further discount.
The order was smooth and deliver times as normal.

Beautytimetherapies excellent advice and service
I recently received my first order from beautytimetherapies.co.uk and the service was excellent. I completed an online consultation and received samples which allowed me to test the product prior to purchasing. After trying samples I ordered my new regime. The products came well packaged with the additional bonus of free samples on the product I bought, the pricing was very competitive and therefore I will order again from this company.

Excellent service
I recently ordered for the first time from beauty time therapies and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Excellent service, very quick delivery and an email sent to let me know when my order was despatched, which I was also able to track. Great products and advice and cheaper than local salon
I've used Beautytime therapies for a few months now after trying Environ and Jane Iredale products from a local salon. I'm so pleased I've found Beautytime therapies as their prices are cheaper, I get discount using the points I've earned and I can still get the consultations and advice I want.

fast delivery and cheap prices
I love Jane Iredale and either buy products at local beautician or on another website -decided to shop around this month. Was really pleased that the products were over £1 cheaper each and that postage was free. Will definitely use again!

AMAZING....base loose mineral and not only!
The Jane Iredale products did not disappoint.
I was not sure about the colours so I used the sample service which proved to be great!
I have now purchased some amazing base loose powder in 'Golden glow' perfect for this time of the year, the green silk eye gel and the Mysticol eyeliner in 'Malachite' that matches perfectly!
I have now a new set of products to add to my wish list ;-)

Couldn't log in to reorder
Couldn't log in to re order. Requested password and never received. Was saddened by this as had samples of Youngblood and was otherwise impressed.

Sort out your delivery system
The products were as purchased, but the website stated first class tracked delivery, now first class to me is next day delivery not 2 to 3 working days as quoted to me when i rang to see where my order was, i think that this should be stated on the website as i purchased for a friend as a present and the products did not arrive in time for me to take them with me, i had to forward them to her after her birthday.
I have purchased on line before on other sites and received goods the following day, so it can be done

thank you for your review, 1st class is normally next day but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Unfortunately once it leaves here it is in their hands, everything that goes out is tracked so you can see that orders are sent straight away.
We are always looking at ways of guaranteeing delivery but it is difficult to try and balance looking at couriers without having to pass the additional cost on the customer. As you know we do not charge our UK customers any postage.

Online ordering with a personal touch
Ordering online was very simple. I needed to amend my order after it was placed, and this was sorted with no fuss .....this is often not an easy task on the Internet but not a problem with Beauty Time Therapies.
Great quality products and amongst the best priced on the Internet......and free delivery too!

I have been using this company services for some time now- ordering products over the phone. Very competitive prices, quick delivery, genuine products. You also earn points from buying goods from them which can then be used towards a purchase- every little helps:)

Excellent efficient site; would highly recommend
I phoned up to ask advice about the different skincare ranges, and Katie seemed very well informed and helpful. I placed my order, and got an immediate discount as I used the points I had received for joining the site. The price was already better than I would have paid for Environ at my local spa, so that was an added bonus!
My items arrived the next day, very well packaged and with a few small sachets to try, which was a very nice surprise.
When I started looking for a website where I could purchase Environ, the reviews for Beauty Time Therapies were so good that I was a bit sceptical. (This is the first time I have ever reviewed anything online, so I wasn't sure how the reviewing process worked!) Anyway, now I know, I find myself agreeing with many others before me, and would highly recommend this site.

Fantastic service, products, and prices
All staff especially Katie have been more than helpful. They have responded to any email queries I've had promptly, and efficiently.
The first time i ordered it was online. The website was easy to use and payment of the products was simple, i even got a little discount which was a great treat. I ordered from the Hydropeptide range which i cannot fault. I have seen an improvement in my sensitive, dry,red skin within a short time period.
The second time i ordered it was over the phone. I placed my order with Katie and again it was an easy, pleasant transaction, she even ensured my products were dispatched on the same day.
Overall im very impressed with the staff, company, products they sell and the prices. I've had nothing but a pleasant experience and would definitely not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Great Webshop for beauty products!
Great webshop with natural beauty products that you dont find in many places. Excellent customer service and very easy to make purchases! I'm very happy about the quick check out function with Paypal as I hate enterring my credit card details. Will be shopping from this shop many times in the future!

Excellent five star service for five star products
Excellent five star service for five star products. Have used Jane Iredale products for quite a while now, and bought from different supplier until I ordered from Beauty Time Therapies. Not only is the product cheaper, the service is second to none, the purchase normally being delivered within 3/4 days, and you also earn points and are able to track your parcel delivery too. I also recently did an online consultation which was answered fairly promptly and samples sent straight out to me - trying them now and think I will be purchasing one of the products in the future. Same item but pounds cheaper than their competitors.
Wanted an item from Jane Iredale, so loaded Jane iredale into Google search, as well as the company I have brought previously from in the past, I noticed more companies also stocking Jane Iredale, after perousing their websites I came across beauty time therapies and found the same item pounds cheaper. Their service was fast and professional. Really pleased.

This is one of the only uk based sites that sell Jane Iredale products and at a much better price! Postage was quick and easy to track and all products arrived in perfect condition. Even got a free kabuki brush for spending over £60. Would definitely use again. Thank you!
