We'd previously ordered a very similar bed from another on-line retailer. The bed didn't arrive and they did not answer the phone so dealing with Bed SOS restored our faith in on-line sales.
Bed SOS answered our 'check them out' phone call within 2 rings - the lady on the other end was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.
We purchased on line and received feedback immediately.
The bed was here the next day.

Purchased a bed from Bedsos recently, was told I qualified for next day delivery, after taking a full day off work and sitting from 8am - 6pm no delivery received with no notice to tell me it wouldn't arrive or any explanation as to where it was. Could not get any answer from bedsos as they closed at 5pm, no answer from the local delivery depot at all.
After complaining I was informed the next day that as the delivery driver had to take his cat to the vets and was 4 hours late for work, he had run out of time to deliver my bed, costing me a full days wages and leaving me to sleep on the floor as I had disposed of my old bed in anticipation for the new one.
After many emails back and forward with bedsos I was informed my bed would arrive at 1pm as I advised this was my lunch break and I was not prepared to take more time off work. Of course 1pm came and went with no delivery, I was then informed by bed SOS that my bed would not be delivered until after 5pm or possibly the next day. This was absolutely unacceptable.
I contacted the local depot myself and was informed due to a problem with the work phones they could not get in touch with the driver who had my bed to ask him to make my delivery the next one.
After waiting round for a further hour or so they rang me back to say he would arrive well before 2.40, meaning I could get back to work for a reasonable time considering I had lost so many hours already.
I received a call from the delivery driver himself at 2.35 informing me he was on his way. He did turn up, at 2.40 on the dot, was unapologetic and seemed agitated at having to make the delivery.
In fairness to bedsos I do believe the main fault was with the courier XDP deliveries I believe them to be called, however reading other reviews it seems this was not an isolated incident. Received £30 refund as a good will gesture which was appreciated. The items I purchased were of good quality and if bedsos were to change couriers, I believe they would be a reputable and great company.
I ordered the bed on a Thursday night and was given a due date of the following Tuesday, happy days.
Tuesday came and the mattress arrived early (around 9:30), I patiently waited until around 2pm when the doorbell went and the "rest" of my delivery arrived. I thought this was great as I'd been advised between 8 & 6! Unfortunately it was only 4/7 boxes of my delivery. I called the despatch depot and was told maybe tomorrow. Not impressed I called work and told them I'd be off again.
Wednesday came and I called the delivery depot to double check the delivery would be made. They advised it hadn't arrived from Bed SOS, again not impressed I called Bed SOS and was advised this was nonsense the delivery would arrive later.
I waited until after 5pm and sent an email, the response to which was "it's the depots fault but we'll compensate you".
Thursday and the 3rd day off work, my remaining 3 boxes arrived at 3:30pm.
The service was disappointing but the product is fantastic.

I recently purchased a bed and a mattress from Beds SOS. I chose them as they say I could have next day delivery. I received the mattress fine on the delivery date (Thursday) via TNT, but I didn't receive the bed (sent by a separate courier – XDP) . When I called, the customer services said it hadn't been dispatched and would be with me on the Saturday. Once more it wasn't delivered and I had to call again. When I did, I found that it had been delivered on the Monday to a neighbour but no card was put through my door. Having retrieved it from them, I found that it was only half of the bed. Again I called and arranged the other half to be delivered on the following Saturday before 10.30 (as I had already waited in for 2 whole days without it being delivered and have to leave my house at some point!). I waited until 11 and it still hadn’t been delivered. Once more a call to the company was made and I arranged a delivery for the following Thursday (2 weeks after the original delivery date). I also asked to be given tracking details for this, which I was given despite being told that XDP could not be tracked earlier in the process (I am not sure where this suddenly came from, but not happy with that part of the service). I had to ask my parents to do a 200 mile round trip just to take delivery of it as I couldn’t take any more time off work. It did come that day.
I have no problems whatsoever with the customer service team, they were very helpful and friendly every time I called (I think 6 in the end). The product was well priced and seems to be of good quality. As a company I would have given them 5 stars and happily recommended them to a friend. However, I think that this delivery issue is totally unacceptable. You shouldn’t have to wait in for a total of 32 hours (three whole days as they only offered sometime between 8am and 6pm).
Would I use them again, or recommend to a friend? I think I would, but I would cancel my order immediately if I thought it was coming by XDP. I’m afraid I can only give the review 2 stars for obvious reasons, though I would give the customer service team 5 (I had enough dealings with them!).
I was happy with the quality of the service provided. When the item was delivered it was raining so the delivery guy some how borough mud in onto my carpet ( off the box ). Other than that the product is great.
When my bed went bump in the middle of the night, I knew it was time to 'invest' in a luxury new bed! After searching lots of online bed retailers, I came across Bed SOS. The site was easy to navigate and the price was extremely low - so I decided to contact the company (just to make sure they were legit!). The customer service representative, Elena, was extremely polite and very helpful! I bought a Manhattan TV bed, which arrived the following day. The quality is perfect and the colour/ style suits my décor. All in all, a great company, faultless and highly recommended!
My reason for ratein it so poor is due to the fact i purchased a bed sue for delivery friday just gone its now thursday and am still missing part of it all they kept saying was dont worry you will b compensated for my inconvenience im now told to expect my missin part tomoro but no mention of being compensated i chose beds sos because u was recommended to me i certainly wont be recommendin you after my experience
Can't fault the service from Bed SOS. Delivered on time by friendly driver. Great value bed - had seen same bed on another website for £70 more! Very happy with service and price. Would highly recommend.
The bed arrived in good time at the right address and as described, all good. However the base of the bed had a bracket missing of the bottom end panel. I had to bodge it with 4 screws to support the centre brace, boo!

I had a problem with the delivery of my bed....it was surpose to come on a Friday, however it didn't and not being able to get hold of anyone till Monday worried me. When I did get my delivery I only received half the bed....I got the other half the next day and £30 back. When it came to putting my bed together it was hard work. Everything was as expected, email confirmation etc but we were disappointed that the bed arrived after 6pm on the delivery day - and only when we phoned were we told that this was going to be the case. Infact, it arrived nearer to 7 than 6. I had made a special journey to help to assemble the bed but as it was so late I wasn't able to do this.No apology from courier who was more concerned about getting off as he was 'paid per delivery'. A shame, as otherwise a great service at good prices.
Very nice bed indeed. Had some problems such as wrong screws. In the end they sent more ( also wrong) but we could cut down. Very fast delivery. Beds Sos were magnificent right from the word go. I would certainly buy from them again.
We ordered a bed and mattress and were so pleased that we were able to specify the delivery date (working full time, this can be an issue) . The items were delivered early on the delivery date by a very good courier company. Whilst putting the bed together we noticed that one batch of the bed slats were of a poor quality which was noticeable and affected the quality and overall satisfaction of the bed. We called Bed SOS and spoke to Eleanor who dealt with the issue promptly. We received a phone call the next day asking us to email them photographs of the slats which we did. Within 20 minutes we had received an email from Eleanor confirming that the bed slats would be delivered the next day. Without failure, they arrived the next day. Fantastic products and excellent customer services. Would definitely recommend.
My order was delayed for 3 days. It was very unexpected as website clearly stated that it is 1 day delivery. Communication with seller team is absolutely spot on and they have explained why this happened. If not for a fact that it took this long to deliver it would be 5 star. Quality of a product is very good and as stated previously communication is excellent. Guys keep it going but please change your delivery couriers so they can live u to the expectations. :)
Bed SOS are very competivley priced, they were really helpful and dispatched the bed I ordered really quickly. Thier customer service is great, they answer emails almost immeadiatly none of this we will respond in 24 hours rubbish really refreshing in this day and age. However on this occassion the delivery company they use really let them down, they we rubbish never pre phoned as promised, so arrived when no one around lost part of the order which turned up a couple of days later. BedSOS were really helpful at every stage, if they change thier delivery company would not hesitate to order from them again.
Cheapest on the internet by far and quality the same .paid for in the afternoon and arrived next morning all in all a excellent trader
The website is great, the product I received was very well packed and of good quality. When I registered I received a confirmation email immediately, same when I placed the order.
The problem was that the next thing I knew was that I got a call - at work - from the courier saying he was waiting for me outside my house!
They do a great 1 day delivery service, but they don't keep you posted, which is a real shame as their automated email system seems to be working very well.
Emails telling you what stage your order is at and when they will deliver would make me buy again.
In the end the courier just drop the huge box on my front door - thankfully I live in a flat and it's reasonably secure, but the total breakdown of communication once you placed the order is not on
Dealing with this company left me speechless. Ordered beds 2 double beds online for next day delivery. Company phoned later to say beds not available. £15 discount if I chose alternative. Spoke to a very pleasant lady. All fine. Very inconveniently, My partner travelled 45 mins to the delvery address and waited in all the next day. No sign of beds by 5pm so I rang company. Spoke to Danny who explained that they had missed cut off time for delivery and had tried to let me know. I had no calls on my mobile and no e mail about this which I explained to him. He just kept saying' what do you want me to do about it' over and over again. Then he hung up on me!! I have never been spoken to like that by a company . When i returned to my home address there was a message on home phone but i had not used that number at all when speaking to the company and Danny assured me they had been trying hard to contact me. The beds arrived fine the next day delivered by a different company.
Great product, great price,and great service. When I had a problem with a missing piece of the bed it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. The staff were most apologetic and very helpful. Next bed purchase will definately use BedSos.

order to be, but I did telephone in the end.
As for my BRENNINGTON DOUBLE BED. it is fantastic. Exactly what I envisaged and wanted. I put this up all on my own and the instructions were fully explainable and correct. The bed is suitable for my needs and length of years required.
I feel it would not be suitable if you are obese.
There was one slight problem, but not due to the company, a channel on
one of the legs was slightly bent inwards and would not slide onto the frame.
This was either due to the manufacturing or could have got squashed during
transit. I had to wait for a couple of days and my son came and put a small block
of wood along the channel and tapped it, at either end to widen it.
It then fitted perfectly, Not a problem at all. I will shop here again at some stage,
and fully recommend all customer services. .
Very quick delivery as other companies stated 2 weeks and I received my item within 6 days (including the weekend)!
Item was slightly damaged on arrival and Danny replied promptly to my e-mail showing the damage! I was offered several options to resolve the issue and decided to receive a partial refund!
Excellent customer service by bed sos although I did not rate the delivery company, xpd, they were a day late with delivery and only sent one man instead of two!!
I ordered a King Size Bed with Mattress for just short of £300, which was way cheaper than any of the retail bed shops I had visited previously that day and as soon as I saw the price for the bed frame and the mattress I chose to order it there and then. There was little difficulty in ordering the bed as it was straight forward and I even got to pick a day when the bed would arrive, convenient as I work 5 days a week as well as the occasional weekend. I can't say a bad word about Bed SOS from payment to delivery. The delivery was excellent (Although I know they use an independent dispatcher), the bed had arrived by 9.30am the Friday morning and the delivery driver helped me take the whole thing up to my house. Fast, efficient and extremely good value for money!
I still have not received the item I ordered a week ago even if it was supposed to be a next day delivery... Bed SOS should change their courier! TNT are not reliable AT ALL and incapable of delivering furniture!
