It's sounds like the product may have been damaged slightly in transit. If this is the case please contact us on 0844 357 0428 and we can resolve this issue. Also when the beds are dispatched the are sealed so if the holes were in the wrong place this would only have been noticed once arrived to you as all the parts arrive sealed.
